EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & CAR READY WHEN PROMISED! From my initial phone call to make an apt for the next day, Laura was professional, courteous, and immediately emailed me my appt. confirmation. Kristopher Barres, my Service Advisor, was waiting for me when I arrived promptly for my 8:30 AM appt. After the paperwork was completed, I thought I'd have to leave my car and get a loaner, but Kris advised the repair would only take 2 hours so I waited for my car rather than get a loaner and have to return it that afternoon. I had to buy some touch-up paint in the Parts Dept. and Kiko assisted me with the same professional and courteous service as Laura and Kris. Sure enough, my car was ready and washed when in the 2 hours as promised! That's excellent service! As a side note, I ran into my favorite nephew when I was waiting for my car. He takes his BMW there as well and is as happy with the service and personnel as I am. All in the family! More
