Brought my CPO 328i in for a repair which I was told by the service department was covered yet when I take the car in for service the agent whose name I shall not mention, tells me the repair is not cover the service department was covered yet when I take the car in for service the agent whose name I shall not mention, tells me the repair is not covered and will cost over$1,000.00. Of course, I informed him I was told the opposite and left. Called another BMW dealer (not Braman affiliated), and was told repair would be covered and sure enough, it was! Stay away from Braman they will rip you off. Terrible, dishonest service department. More

Service was good, once I was actually connected with a customer service rep. Despite making what I thought was a 'first thing in the morning' appt on Saturday, the wait time was long bc too many others we customer service rep.
