Complete courtesies from front gate to check in to payment!! Challenges occur and I had to come make two runs, one for a specialized part and the next day to install as Braman has the expertise. My next days visit, the gate attendant Romain greeted me with a perfect salute and a "bon jour". Romain later washed and my car and ensured I had everything before departure. My service consultant Bismark was friendly, funny and ensured that I understood the necessary work, upon completion of the task, he ensured I know the protocols to check out. More

I was originally assigned to another service consultant, but he was running last, and without hesitation, Mr. Guerrero offered his assistance, so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. His kind gesture was greatly appreciated. It was discovered that the connector was recalled, and was told it was a 4 hour wait. I opted to stay, and to my surprise, my car was finished before the allotted time. On top of that, I received a complimentary car wash, which I desperately needed! The inside was vacuumed too. More
