Worst service experience imaginable. My one year old car was towed to the dealership on Friday, August 30st because it would not start. Got a txt form the dealership Friday afternoon t My one year old car was towed to the dealership on Friday, August 30st because it would not start. Got a txt form the dealership Friday afternoon that my car is being worked on. Call the dealership talk to service advisor, tell him that I am a New Yorker and on my way back to NY. After the car is fixed I would need help arranging it shipment back to NY. "Not a problem." Great. On Tuesday I call the dealership just to find out that noone looked at it, because of the storm Dorian. What storm, it missed Miami? Ok, fine. Thursday call again and being told that fuel pump need to be replaced but the pump is special order and is being shipped. Why is fuel pump for 2019 series 4 BMW a special order? Makes no sense. Call them again on Friday, September 6th, - no call back. Then get a TXT that my car is ready for pickup. Great. Call leave a message for the service rep and text asking for arranging for the car to be shipped to NYC, no txt back no call back. Call again today, Monday September 9th, leave a message. Get a call back, service rep tells me "We do not ship cars, you have to arrange it on your own." This is a auto dealership, what do you mean you don't ship cars? left a message for a service manager, waiting for a call back. Disgrace! One week to replace one warranty covered fuel pump and an auto dealer that does not ship cars. Unbelievable. More
