STAY AWAY!!! Terrible service and they are all crooks!!! And they DON’T care. They are in serious need of auditing. In Oct. 2018, I was shopping for my 2nd BMW lease. My husband received a call from a Salesperson at this dealership who promised him that if we came on Saturday, he would have the car we wanted. We knew specifically everything we wanted (after all, we already lease one BMW vehicle). We showed up on Saturday and he kept quickly showing us the paperwork listing off our wish list. At one point I notice that the mileage says 200+ and I asked what that meant. He says off hand that it’s a gently used vehicle. Not only did he not mention that it was used but he was trying to get us to sign without reading all of the paperwork. We walked out, furious at ourselves for falling for a sales guy and for almost falling again. We ended up leasing our BMW in the S.Miami dealer. 2nd example of why the Brickell location is full of crooks. In July 2019, the battery on my first BMW kept dying and needed to be jumped. So, I diligently took it to the S.Miami dealer to have it checked. The battery was completely discharged so they charged it and kept if for several days to ensure it would run. Five months later, on November 29th, the battery on my first BMW died again. Unfortunately, since my car died while I was in Miami Shores, the Brickell BMW location was the nearest I felt comfortable driving to after jumping the car this 2nd time around. HUGE MISTAKE!!! The S.Miami dealer was over 20 miles farther. I won’t bore you, but Kristopher Barres wouldn’t call me to discuss the problem with my car, he wanted to handle everything via text. Texting me that “vehicle batter is exhausted and needs to be replaced … issue was not considered a warranty matter … therefore the cost of the battery replacement is $460 plus tax” – for me to pay!!! Who texts such a thing?! I spoke with Kristopher Barres on the phone and asked to speak with a manager which he refuses me. He tells me that the ignition switch was left on in the car by me or by a valet or children. I told him I hadn’t left the car on, have no children and certainly don’t valet our cars. > How come this reason was not brought up in my initial visit to the S.FL dealer when the battery died? > No one was able to coherently and with certainty explain how both issues are completely unrelated. They both resulted in dead batteries that had to be jumped to start the car. > All I hear is that this 2nd time, the ignition switch was left on and that it’s my fault (vehicle owner) not a vehicle issue/battery fault. Hence, the vehicle owner has to pay to replace the battery ---- when in July the car was deemed OK enough where I was allowed to drive out with it. I’m extremely frustrated and irritated that I found myself having to bring my car to Brickell motors when all I knew was the shadiness of the sales guy, we dealt with on Oct.2018. But most importantly I’m extremely dissatisfied that dealers like the Brickell BMW is allowed to operate. BTW, I ended up removing my car from Brickell BMW and took it to the S.Miami dealer where they replaced the battery under the warranty. They found out that the battery was defective. You decide. I leave acar for 10 hours from 8:00am to 18:30 .yhey callme at 16:30 requestion more time for finish the work, I agrre for more time and that was the reason that I pick up at 18:30. When I arrive , the service was incomplete , Not oil change done , Not recall done , just they change the from tires, so when i ask why , they answer not enough time , for the recall they order the part , I agree with that , oil change need more time , the problem that I bringh the car was the punch back tires , the saidthat change from tire , explanation received was for stupid people. 11/27/2019 at 18:00 again the problen with the back tires , the massage , next day the tired was flat , i bring the car to service 11/29/30 , No on stock the tires , they need the carfor 2 day waiting for the tires , for the oil chande and fort the recalls I leave the car from Friday 10 am to Monday 18:00. Guest what , the first visit I pay the deductible,because additional Ipaying insurance for the tires , and this second visit they was charging again the deductible. other thing on the first visit ,when I pick up the car , they bring the wrong car , On the second visit when Iwas with my complain , all the supervisors of BMW left ,they transferme with other supervisor , I not rememberershis name , but he ignored me, he didn't look at the eyes while talking to him , at the end he talme sorry but I am not supervisor of BMW , Ican't help you. So I decide leave the car and pick up the car on the morning , and speak with any supervisor in the morning , then Thomas approached me and he ask me for five minutes , I explain him , and he apologized and he give me my car . Bad service , I have very , very bad experience , Sorry for the cashiers they were just following the protocol,but the rest was adesaster. BAD SERVICE,BAD EXPERIENCE. More
