Excellent prompt service; addressed all of my concerns. I brought in a 2010 vehicle, that while it has very low mileage, I have concerns that the fact it is not frequently used may cause some problems. I was planning on taking it on a long trip the next week, so the service department thoroughly checked it over to make sure it was road worthy, and in fact found a couple of problems that might have affected the safety of the car during the trip. Many thanks to Ben Ferrer for quickly getting service set up and keeping in touch with me on the items that they found needed correcting. They also provided complimentary Lyft transportation for me. My dealer experience was excellent, and definitely better from before. From receiving my car, providing a loaner, to the return of my car, everything went as it should at an upscale dealership. On the positive side as well, the mechanics diagnosed several issues that I had not noticed and proceeded to take care of them under warranty. I appreciate this! On the negative side, it bothers me that such problems are happening with a car that has less than 13,000 miles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It scares me to think what will happen if I keep the car for a long time, as I was intending to do? How can so many problems (although I didn't even notice them, they are serious problems) occur in a car still so new? More
