Bought three X5 from there, service is always been good until now. Took my X5 for oil change and a recall and two weeks later they call me to tell me my car was involved in an accident. They didn’t know wh until now. Took my X5 for oil change and a recall and two weeks later they call me to tell me my car was involved in an accident. They didn’t know what happened to it and said they will take care of it according to Falcone. But what really pisses me off is the fact that they stole my forty or fifty bucks that I had left in the glovebox. That’s really xxxxty after this experience with Braman I will look for another dealer so long Braman. More
