I brought my car in to get an oil change as part of the 3 oil change package promotion. Set an appointment at 12 and a lyft was provided to my house and scheduled for one back due to service being told the c oil change package promotion. However i waited until almost 4 and still no contact from my service advisor including via text that went unanswered. I contacted the dealership and waited about 15 mins to speak to someone. Once i was taken off hold i explained that i had not heard from my service advisor and i wanted to know if my car was finish due to a sense of urgency and I had to go to work. . The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional and told me my car would not be finished until after 6:30. I exclaimed that I was not advised of that and I would not unfortunately be able to wait that long because i had not made allowances for the time difference and had to go to work. She rudely said " well...they should have told u that". I told her that was not the case and that i had been unable to reach my service advisor via text or call and i needed an immediate update. I asked her what could be done and again, she rudely said that i would still just have to wait until he decided to call me back to be updated. Basically she could care less! The advisor finally responds via text and was like oh he was on a call with warranty Department. He finally schedules the lyft ride back and it was cancelled several times. That was a whOle other disaster waiting to have the ride service confirmed and more time I did not have to idly wait. I finally get there and still have to wait until the final bill was stamped clear even though the service was prepaid. Once i leave,my service engine light for the service performed is still on. I messaged my advisor and asked him and no response. Called repeatedly, no answer. I then check the multipoint inspection link and i only have a video. I sent a text inquiring about that also. NO RESPONSE. Im very disappointed. I guess because I have an older model car was one of the factors as to why my service was less than I would have desired it to be or maybe because my skin was so heavy with melanin. I even inquired about getting a new car today and I was told to "go up North" that I would get a better deal due to the "type" of customers that particular location caters to. I still did not get to speak to the advisor once I got there and zero estimates were given on things specifically requested. Needless to say, i was late to work and thoroughly disgusted. More
Had the vehicle courtesy picked up on Tuesday January 17th, As of Jan 19 , no Candi, customer service liason they did not have a techician to work on the car. Then they went stone silent. Friday Morning the 20th , left two messages, three direct texts. Finally told their system was down and would update me when back up. Asked for Service Mgr Alex to call me - never happened. Car did arrive back Friday afteroon. Use to have issues with my BMW service years ago. Reason I stopped buying from Braman. Customer service is non existence, with the except of the courtesy drivers. Service seems to be fine . I questioned Candi why my repair order showed tire rotation. She said they did not need it , as the treads were fine. Seriously?? right before she hung up on me. More

Took my sons car for an A/C system musty odor issue after the shrader valve was replaced in West Palm Beach Braman after they had the car for two weeks in WPB. When I received the car back in Miami after the A/C musty odor the A/C was not working anymore. When I went to speak with Jose about the issue he said it was my fault that the A/C was not working. When I asked him why he said because everything here is recorded and documented which I was puzzled as to why he would even say that. I simply requested for the A/C to work the same way it was working when I dropped it off for the odor issue and he said he couldn't unless I pay $500. I didn't even receive a survey from BMW More
I have been purchasing my BMW cars from Braman for almost 30 years and regarding the sales department I have no complaints at all specially for the last decade when I have been doing business with Sergio Riv 30 years and regarding the sales department I have no complaints at all specially for the last decade when I have been doing business with Sergio Rivera, the best sales person ever ! I even consider him my friend ! And I always take my cars to service at Braman as well and Up to today, the service has been great, always done with professionalism and good customer service but today I have had a completely different customer service if I can call it customer service. I've made an appointment for regular maintenance, 7K miles service schedule last week, 5 days in advance, and asked for a loaner as I always do because in general, service can take a couple of hours. The service associate, a new associate as my favorite associate apparently isn't working with the company anymore, nobody there could let me know if he was working with the company whatsoever; helped me ok. Then I went to get my loaner and was never mistreated like I was never ever in my life. They kept me waiting and waiting what i did patiently as I thought they were busy although I saw the place busier during my other visits. After 45 minutes I asked why it was taking that long to get my loaner and the attendant told me that it was because they had just one agent to help with the loaner even if there was about 5 ladies at the counter. I patiently waiting believing that they were really busy even if at least one of the agents were doing absolute nothing behind the counter during all the time during my 2 hours waiting. I, finally lost my patient and asked the same NOT busy agent, again, what it was taking that long so finally she decided to leave her seat and walked me to a car loaner which was dirt and she told me that the car would need a car wash. At this point I went to the manager to complain when the manager spoke to the lady who took me to another car and finally, after exactly 2 hours and 3 minutes I goy my loaner. More than 2 hours waiting for a loaner for no reason but ultra bad customer service. If I could give - 0 stars to Braman Service customer service I would do it. I'll let my good fellow sales person Sergio Rivera know about that and I'll reconsider if I would ever buy another BMW for this reason. Me and My wife, we both drive BMW up to now... More
Further to my previous review the following: a gentleman by the name Jorge Rouco , Service Director, had reached out to me in order to discuss my grievances and experiences with Braman BMW. I responded that I would be open to discuss the issues: never heard from him again. To continue my dialogue as to my first posting on complaints of Braman, I returned my BMW M3 to my shop after the ‘diagnostics’ by Braman’s “technicians”. The diagnostic provided by Braman were absolutely of no help but he service manager, Aaron Vasquez (totally inept to automotive technology)offered the estimate for “repairs” would be around $4000.00 but possibly more as they went along. Really????. Anyway, brought the car back to my garage and at this point I was bent on solving the issues myself. To my shock, as previously mentioned, Braman did not ‘diagnose’ the fact that the shift linkage between actuator shaft and transmission shaft was disconnected due to shorty workmanship from BMW dealer in Wisconsin. Fixed it myself and the car shifted without issue after that. And Braman wanted to charge me $4.000.- for 3 hours work???? I have no words for it. But it gets worse; not only was I sent a video of the ‘diagnostic’ but on the video a service technician made a rude remark about me picking up ,y car and never to come back. Nice…. I should still have the video which I will post. This clearly shows the culture of Braman’s thinking. Anyway, things got worse as when I pulled of the intake manifold, the tech had apparently and purposely disconnected the throttle linkage just so that if I wanted to press the accelerator the car would still be in limp mode. Nice touch Braman BMW!!! After I connected everything properly, the car now runs like a charm. SO TO ANYONE BRINGING THEIR VEHICLE FOR REPAIRS TO BRAMAN, PICK ANOTHER BMW DEALER OR BETTER A BMW SPECIALIST THAT IS NOT AN OFFICIAL DEALER. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU YOU ALTERNATES. let me start with this; how on earth does Branan have 5 stars as reviews on their website? I brought my BMW e46 M3 in for a diagnostic as my smg transmission did not want to shift. their service department (Aaron Vasquez),who has zero technical knowledge about anything with four wheels, informed me that the initial repair bill would be around $4.000,- but could possibly be more as they went along. he did receive all service records for work done by another BMW stealership which showed that the complete smg system had been replaced 1 year prior. I took the car back after paying $400.00 for their pleasure of 'Diagnosing' the issue. only to receive a video afterwards of them inspecting the vehicle and one employee making derogaratory comments me taking back the car and not letting them do the 'repairs'. I took the car back to my workshop and decided to investigate myself. Shockingly I discovered that the previous BMW Stealership in Minnetonka had failed to properly instal the retaining spring for the pin that connects the shift rod to the transmission rod so the pin could fall out and disconnect the coupling bushing. That was all it was. I reconnected (properly this time) and the car shifts like a dream. BMW BRAMAN Stealership wanted to rip me off for $4,000.- and most likely more if I had given them the opportunity by their ' professional' mechanics. Braman dealership is an incompetent and dishonest dealership trying to steal from hard working people. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ANY COST!!! More

Bought three X5 from there, service is always been good until now. Took my X5 for oil change and a recall and two weeks later they call me to tell me my car was involved in an accident. They didn’t know what happened to it and said they will take care of it according to Falcone. But what really pisses me off is the fact that they stole my forty or fifty bucks that I had left in the glovebox. That’s really xxxxty after this experience with Braman I will look for another dealer so long Braman. More
