TERRIBLE TECHNICIAN i brought in my 2018 M240i for a simply oil change and one of the technician left my engine oil cap unlocked and the next morning oil was all over my i brought in my 2018 M240i for a simply oil change and one of the technician left my engine oil cap unlocked and the next morning oil was all over my drive way. I called the service manger and he tried to said it was my fault. once i took it back in my service advisor said it was the technician fault for leaving my cap off. no one said SORRY or anything. More
