Such a Pleasure!! When I finally went to look at cars to replace my Audi S5 I decided to start at Braman in Miami because of their huge, multilevel indoor showroom. I When I finally went to look at cars to replace my Audi S5 I decided to start at Braman in Miami because of their huge, multilevel indoor showroom. I originally thought I wanted a BMW M2. They had 2 of them in stock! But then I saw a 750i M-Sport and immediately I was in love. The moment I walked in the showroom i was assisted by Roberto Bey who promptly offered me refreshments and showed me the cars I had inquired about. we drove the one I preferred and worked on a deal. I asked just to drive the 750i since I never had driven the newest body style and he took it outside for me! when i drove the 750i i was in love. So we worked out a deal for it to be mine! The negotiations were effortless and then I went to the finance office where Jay Foster assisted me with my paperwork and plate transfer as well as any additional protections I might value for my new car. Jay was very efficient and helpful in explaining all of the various options and helped me to make sense of it all. They both stayed until 10pm finishing everything for me so i could have the new car that same day. What a great experience. Above and beyond. They really made buying my car a pleasure. Hats off to them for doing it all right. Whenever you walk into a dealership you expect the opposite of the experience I just shared. But they changed my opinions and I am very grateful to them. Worst service experience imaginable. My one year old car was towed to the dealership on Friday, August 30st because it would not start. Got a txt form the dealership Friday afternoon t My one year old car was towed to the dealership on Friday, August 30st because it would not start. Got a txt form the dealership Friday afternoon that my car is being worked on. Call the dealership talk to service advisor, tell him that I am a New Yorker and on my way back to NY. After the car is fixed I would need help arranging it shipment back to NY. "Not a problem." Great. On Tuesday I call the dealership just to find out that noone looked at it, because of the storm Dorian. What storm, it missed Miami? Ok, fine. Thursday call again and being told that fuel pump need to be replaced but the pump is special order and is being shipped. Why is fuel pump for 2019 series 4 BMW a special order? Makes no sense. Call them again on Friday, September 6th, - no call back. Then get a TXT that my car is ready for pickup. Great. Call leave a message for the service rep and text asking for arranging for the car to be shipped to NYC, no txt back no call back. Call again today, Monday September 9th, leave a message. Get a call back, service rep tells me "We do not ship cars, you have to arrange it on your own." This is a auto dealership, what do you mean you don't ship cars? left a message for a service manager, waiting for a call back. Disgrace! One week to replace one warranty covered fuel pump and an auto dealer that does not ship cars. Unbelievable. More
CAR RENTAL As always, it took 10 minutes for the Service Advisor to get my car and paper work ready. I arrived at 10:10 and was finished with him at 10:20/25.
