Over-priced, Over-rated- DISGUSTED! My only great experience was the Customer Service I received from Aaron Vasquez, hands down. It disgusted me that they wanted to charge me over $8000 My only great experience was the Customer Service I received from Aaron Vasquez, hands down. It disgusted me that they wanted to charge me over $8000.00 for repairs when another location with same BMW Certified Technicians is going to charge me $1100..I took my car in for a diagnostic ONLY which I was advised would cost $249.00 (still overpriced) but I agreed to the cost, and low and behold, they screwed me for $411.00 because they changed a few bolts on my alternator, Non the less without my consent! I promise, this will be the last BMW I will ever purchase and cant wait to get rid of it!!. SO DISGUSTED! I dont usually write bad reviews if any at all but this here, was warranted! More

Disappointed!! Very unprofessional Very disappointed. I currently own a MiniCooper Convertible that I purchased from Braman two years ago. Besides that my family have bought all their c Very disappointed. I currently own a MiniCooper Convertible that I purchased from Braman two years ago. Besides that my family have bought all their cars there (Mercedes Benz $80K and Cadillac $40K). I went to inquire about a new BMW and I was very disappointed since I currently have a MiniCooper $37K and I was under the understanding that I would receive a special discount from a loyalty program. Even though they have a pretty good inventory, they are not willing to negotiate (at all, like seriously AT ALL). They had a 2016 BMW with only 83 miles sitting there, depreciating with piles of dust on it; in other words losing money (but again not willing to negotiate) The finance specialist told us that we may “need to look at other brands”. Wake up finance guy, we aren’t dumb and can punch numbers in a calculator. My boyfriend and I have business degrees. Very unprofessional. Even took out a calculator acting like we were in 3rd grade teaching us math. That’s not how you treat customers with a condesendating attitude. Oh and Marc Martinez, you aren’t the finance specialist. You’re a “client advisor” aka a sales guy. Way to lie to us. We ended up going to other dealership, found a great deal in a 2018 BMW. I let the Braman sales person (Ezequiel) know about and he basically answer: “Thank you for letting me know. Good night”. I guess they don’t want my business and my family’s business either. No shoping with Braman anymore. They literally think they are the best delearship because they sell luxury cars. Give me a break. More
