Poor customer service It’s getting worse year after year. Longer time to perform a regular service, almost 2 months to have an engine replaced and no even do the job right It’s getting worse year after year. Longer time to perform a regular service, almost 2 months to have an engine replaced and no even do the job right in the first 2 attempts, No more refund for Uber and very cheap and uncomfortable loaner cars if you are lucky to get one because you showed up at 7am. I just think that for a dealership that always overprice the leases the attention to customers should be so much better without making you feel they are doing you a favor. More
