Turning in my Lease I came to the dealership this past Friday to turn in my lease. I did not get into another BMW because my husband received a car from his company and I came to the dealership this past Friday to turn in my lease. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the two ladies in the front were so helpful and courteous!!!! I give BMW Body Shop 5 STARS!!!!! After I picked up the car from the body shop I went to the actual dealer to turn in the car. I met with Claudia Ortiz and Marc Martinez were absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Even though I was not getting another vehicle they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I would like to commend one of your employees who in my opinion in a valuable asset to this company.
