It should be 0 stars, 1 is too much! !!!! Braman BMW Service Dept. has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! Brought my car in for a sunroof leak which is supposed to be a !!!! Braman BMW Service Dept. has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! Brought my car in for a sunroof leak which is supposed to be a manufacture defect, since I have debris on the sunroof it is not covered by warranty. I was quoted $4k for a leak repair plus all prior repairs not fixed at dealer from last visit, which led to a total of $8k in repair service. Word of advice, if you plan to have your car serviced at Braman BMW, DO NOT ask for Maruf Muchalla, he will just add problems to your car. This man has to be No.1 salesman in service repairs. This man is a scammer!!!!!! More
0 STARS HANDLED MY ROLLS ROYCE PURCHASE POORLY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND FINANCIAL PROCESS, I KEPT TELLING THEM THEY HAD INFORMATION WRONG, APPLICATION WRONG, AFTER EVERYTHING WAS CORRECTED ROLLS ROYCE FINANCIAL UNDERSTAND FINANCIAL PROCESS, I KEPT TELLING THEM THEY HAD INFORMATION WRONG, APPLICATION WRONG, AFTER EVERYTHING WAS CORRECTED ROLLS ROYCE FINANCIAL AND BMW FINANCIAL APPROVED ME FOR THE FULL AMOUNT I WAS ASKING FOR NOT JUST 200K LOAN. Even though I was approved I know the Vehicle price was way over MSRP and nowhere close to Rolls Royce MSRP for the car, I have no need for games, so I'm going elsewhere with my business and I'm already approved elsewhere. I never needed to Send my Documentation 10 Times to their Sales Rep, There's a huge miscommunication of Sales/Finance Directors at this dealership, I had the cash to buy this vehicle 3 times over as I told them and they didn't get it, sales people don't understand finance, let me ask you can you sell a house to someone if you don't understand finance in real estate? it's why it should be included in all your courses and all your sales reps should have education on finance in order to sell otherwise, when someone asks you monthly payments, you should be able to answer them right away when they give you their credit score, their are consumer lending laws that are required, never once did I receive a monthly payment or quote for 2 weeks and alot of time wasted. Then After we got approval the Sales Rep Amir thought I was going to come in and pick a car after this type of service? I had to tell the finance director how to do his job and make sure my application was correct. Then he totally doesn't answer any calls after I'm approved for a Rolls Royce. No Reason to give my business to this dealership. More
I purchased a vehicle from Braman on December 18 of 2022 it is now April 17 2023 and I still have not received my tag and the lender has not received the title yet. I have constantly been emailing and askin it is now April 17 2023 and I still have not received my tag and the lender has not received the title yet. I have constantly been emailing and asking questions about why this is taking so long but just get no help from anyone. The customer service is horrible I have been issued 5 temporary tags and every one of them shows up days after the current one has expired. I spend days not being able to drive the car and the management is no help at all. I have not been contacted by anyone from the dealership or offered any type of apology for the inconvenience caused by their lack of assistance. How this dealership is still in business is beyond my comprehension. I should have done more research and read the reviews from the Better Business Bureau before purchasing the vehicle. More
I brought my car in to get an oil change as part of the 3 oil change package promotion. Set an appointment at 12 and a lyft was provided to my house and scheduled for one back due to service being told the c oil change package promotion. However i waited until almost 4 and still no contact from my service advisor including via text that went unanswered. I contacted the dealership and waited about 15 mins to speak to someone. Once i was taken off hold i explained that i had not heard from my service advisor and i wanted to know if my car was finish due to a sense of urgency and I had to go to work. . The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional and told me my car would not be finished until after 6:30. I exclaimed that I was not advised of that and I would not unfortunately be able to wait that long because i had not made allowances for the time difference and had to go to work. She rudely said " well...they should have told u that". I told her that was not the case and that i had been unable to reach my service advisor via text or call and i needed an immediate update. I asked her what could be done and again, she rudely said that i would still just have to wait until he decided to call me back to be updated. Basically she could care less! The advisor finally responds via text and was like oh he was on a call with warranty Department. He finally schedules the lyft ride back and it was cancelled several times. That was a whOle other disaster waiting to have the ride service confirmed and more time I did not have to idly wait. I finally get there and still have to wait until the final bill was stamped clear even though the service was prepaid. Once i leave,my service engine light for the service performed is still on. I messaged my advisor and asked him and no response. Called repeatedly, no answer. I then check the multipoint inspection link and i only have a video. I sent a text inquiring about that also. NO RESPONSE. Im very disappointed. I guess because I have an older model car was one of the factors as to why my service was less than I would have desired it to be or maybe because my skin was so heavy with melanin. I even inquired about getting a new car today and I was told to "go up North" that I would get a better deal due to the "type" of customers that particular location caters to. I still did not get to speak to the advisor once I got there and zero estimates were given on things specifically requested. Needless to say, i was late to work and thoroughly disgusted. More
I took my car in to Braman BMW to fix the convertible top only. After dropping it off my service advisor Jomar called me and ask me an odd question (felt like a setup) I had no other issue with my car u top only. The question asked was if my radio was working and I said yes I have no problem with my radio in fact I had no other issue with the car excepting the convertible top. . When I picked up my car I had no warning sounds or any audio whatsoever. . I was told the issue is the amplifier. How does an issue with a convertible top turn into an amplifier problem when it work upon initial drop off. They have had my car now for 3 weeks stating the amplifier part is on back order. Today I requested to pick up my car and would return it when the part arrives. I went today to pickup my car and after waiting 40 mins they bring my car down. somehow my car was fine to drive to the pickup area but then was told my battery is dead. I have paid my deductible to get the audio fixed (was not broken when initially dropped off) now the battery. I feel like I am getting scammed by Braman Service Dept. Anybody else feel this way? More

It was easy to commit to the purchase sight-unseen because everything I needed to know or see was available to me within minutes (additional detailed photos, video clips, etc). I was treated fairly (price of the car that I bought as well as my trade-in). The buying experience and picking up the car went as planned and everything went smoothly. Will is an utmost professional and made this overall an excellent buying experience. I would definitely recommend Braman Motors Miami to anyone out there looking for a new or preowned vehicle. Had the vehicle courtesy picked up on Tuesday January 17th, As of Jan 19 , no Candi, customer service liason they did not have a techician to work on the car. Then they went stone silent. Friday Morning the 20th , left two messages, three direct texts. Finally told their system was down and would update me when back up. Asked for Service Mgr Alex to call me - never happened. Car did arrive back Friday afteroon. Use to have issues with my BMW service years ago. Reason I stopped buying from Braman. Customer service is non existence, with the except of the courtesy drivers. Service seems to be fine . I questioned Candi why my repair order showed tire rotation. She said they did not need it , as the treads were fine. Seriously?? right before she hung up on me. More
