Went in for a recall and oil change (I have the 3 year oil change plan) they did not want to do my oil change since it was due until March 2028 obviously incorrect but they refused to fix my issue. Then kept my car for 5 days while the allegedly did the recall… they call me telling me my recall is done and it actually wasn’t. Went to ftl bmw and they did my oil change and recall all in the same day. Said it was a super simple fix only took about 2 hours More

My Sales rep didn't identify what I wanted or valued, just kept pushing features of the vehicle that were unimportant to me. He falsely claimed that I would get a good value for my Trade-in, and I didn't just kept pushing features of the vehicle that were unimportant to me. He falsely claimed that I would get a good value for my Trade-in, and I didn't. Then he also did very little to move on price of the vehicle . Overall unenjoyable process. Dealership didn't really work with me, and was not a good customer experience. I bought the car because BMW is my preferred brand, the mileage was low, and the car was in great condition. Braman didn't do a good job of building my loyalty. More
