Polite management but poor workmanship at this BMW service center. Poor setup compared to what I am used to with either Knauz of Fields BMW in Chicago area. I brought the car to change the head lamp but the service center very obviously rearranged the entire front bumper and grill. Only after showing them the shotty work did they fix it. Twice I did not accept the work. The third time I gave up. More

I felt so comfortable with this dealer that I literally switched from Mercedes-Benz to BMW. They knew their BMW product like geniuses, which was confirmed by the level of technology far ahead of my 2023 EQE. Hilariously, they have ruined it for any other brand. Never leaving Braman as long as these guys are there! BRAVO!! More
