Kristopher, was very helpful, trouble shooting the issue I was having with my sound system himself. We determined it was not the car system but my cell phone. I was very dissatisfied with the service. Had to bring my car in since the engine light came on made an appointment for Friday morning, requested a loaner I was told first came first gets the loaner. First time I use Israel Vazquez put my name down and by 9:00 AM I was told no more loaners. Spoke to the manager and luckily he got me one, never imagined that my card would not get looked at until Monday and finally got my car back on Wednesday and probably the service adviser that made it happen is Felipe. I think that if you don't have enough personnel then decline the appointments or I should have been told from the beginning how many days my car would sit there. With 15,000 miles and under warranty it seems that my car was NOT a priority. What a difference in the service that Mercedes Benz provides. More
