The reason I picked Braman is because of the great service I received years ago when I took the car I used to have there for maintenance. Everyone in the dealership was pleasant. The only issue is t service I received years ago when I took the car I used to have there for maintenance. Everyone in the dealership was pleasant. The only issue is that there were many walk-ins the day I was there, and they seemed under staffed. So at times I felt I had to figure things out on my own in regards to the purchase of the car, insurance, etc. I was treated really well. There were several cars to choose from, and no one pushed me or tried to convince me to pick one or the other. Everything was simple, straight forward, and very factual. No hidden agendas. Carlos Munoz and Nery Cejas were great. Carlos was very patient with me and a great listener. Nery made the signing of paperwork (which could have been tedious) a fast and easy experience. I love that they give you a USB flash drive with a copy of all paperwork you signed (instead of printed paper). The fact the dealership was so busy shows that they are really good at what they do. They just need more people working there, I think, Other than that, the experience was exceptional. I am very happy with my purchase! More

Fui a Braman (Biscayne Blvd) la semana pasada despues de que dejé mi coche en servicio de BMW. Debo decir que mi auto tenia deuda upside down, habia que arreglarlo y no estaba en las mejores condiciones. Au que dejé mi coche en servicio de BMW. Aun siendo yo estudiante Luis Touron y Edgar Hernández me consiguieron el mejor deal ever y no pararon hasta (on top of that) encontrarme el carro que queria!!! Del año que yo queria y todo!!! Encima pagando un precio comodo con todo y la deuda esa horrible que tenia. Son unos duros y se ve que se preocupan por sus clientes, a menos asi me sentí yo. Me senti muy comoda y que podia confiar en ellos. Gente, no se vayan con otros dealers. Pregunten por Luis Touron y por Edgar Hernandez.
