Felipe is great! It makes no sense that my car was in need of service but couldn't get new wiper blades because they didn't "qualify" for another 25 days! This is the worse customer service I have ever received from a car dealership. From misleading information to a request from my sales person to pick my paid car the following day because my time to pick up from a car dealership. You guys had my car in service for 3 days without to provide a loan, i had to follow up myself with the service agent because he didn’t.
