I went to this location Friday to try to purchase a new BMW. Juan P was the salesman and salesman was not the case in this adventure. Juan was cocky and very short in patience with us from the start. No effort to negotiate with is.. He actually came back with an offer that we calculated at full price. and tore up the offer sheet as soon as we stood up. We were buyers with excellent credit and funds to put a large deposit on a car. We are not looking to waste anyone time let alone ours. But there is a happy ending to the story we did purchase a 2013 BMW the very next day at Vista BMW in Pompano. We had a real sales person George Grecu.He had patience and worked really hard at finding us the right car and Price! I checked 1 on this form as salesman represents the whole dealership not just himself!!!! More
I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Braman BMW Miami. They serviced my car and charged me to check a problem? The so called service advisor told me the only get compensated with booked services ( I understand now why they are like this - GREED) Terrible service, all they want is your money. No care for the customer, AT ALL. I would have never believed this place does or is allowed to do this type of business practices; if I did not experienced this first hand, I would not believe this.. Isn't this against the law? How are they in business? AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!! I need a BMW dealer in my area. :-( More
The worst service in MIA; Dont buy there, dont take your car ther for service, dont buy parts from there either. Then I stopped to buy a couple of light bulbs for my f30 328i and the parts guy gave me the wrong parts and told me that did not know what I was talking about when I confront him of the mistake. But the worst of all is that some how while I was in parts looking for the parts a painter doing maintanence on the bldg drop paint on my brand new BMW X5 and all they said is that it will come out. I looking into getting a lawyer. More
I saw an ad for a 07 , 328I BMW and drove to Miami from Ocala (4.5 hr drive). I was greeted politely as expected and the initial encounter was OK. They wanted me to use some company they dealt with until another salesman made a call and corrected whatever was stalling the sale. I was ready to leave because I had to wait so long. After I purchased the car I have had multiple problems. I called the man that sold me the car and he seems to think that all will be well because I have a CPO car and the warranty is good til November. I have a 5 year pay plan on this car and I am worried it won't last a year. I have been to Ocala dealer for repairs 3 times. It doesnt seem fair that thy inherited this problem, because the Miami dealer told me it was a Certified Preowned car but it seems they didn't do a thorough check on this car as it seems problematic. I can't enjoy owning a BMW when I have to deal with car issues right out of the block!! I would love to be able to give any dealership a high mark but this one missed by a mile. So far the engine stalls and doesn't run smooth all the time, especially in the morning. The check engine light comes on and stays on for a day and then goes away and sometimes it comes on and resets after I restart the car. The front bumper cracked from the heat, which ticked me off because I have pampered this car and park with care everywhere I go. I am sure to park away from everything and I get a stress crack!! The triangle alarm with the exclaimation comes and goes and the oil can displays then it goes away, then nothing for a few days. My patience is being tested here. I want a BMW that works.Not some project car that techs get to practice on! I have an appointment tomorrow for another check engine episode. I would not recommend Braman Motors because I feel they were not honest about the car. They said it was CPO and it doesn't run like a certified car. Not Happy with the overall experience I thought I was going to have, so I can't give a better rating. I thought I was being generous with the points I gave them. More
I'll try be as brief as possible. I nearly killed my son due to a faulty used car purchased a few days ago from Braman Motors. On 7/28/12, I went to Miami to purchase a used M6. It seemed like a good deal due to a faulty used car purchased a few days ago from Braman Motors. On 7/28/12, I went to Miami to purchase a used M6. It seemed like a good deal after asking questions about the car. Victor said there was nothing wrong with the car and appeared fine during the very short test drive - wasn't allowed to drive more than a few of blocks. Anyway, I drove the car home a couple hundred miles from Miami and everything appeared fine. The next day, we went out to dinner and came home. I stopped the car in our drive way just before entering the two car garage so everyone could get out - our two car garage is too tight to open both doors. My wife went into the house and my kids went out to play. I couldn't see my son and didn't know he was playing in the driveway about 5 feet from the back of the car. Nevertheless, I wasn't concerned about where they were since I had the car in first gear and being a very safe driver. I then looked around the front and sides to make sure everything was clear, released the brake and lightly stepped on the accelerator. The engine revved and started rolling backwards. After about two seconds a warning about transmission failure appeared. Due to slope about 15 degrees, the car rolled to where my son was playing within seconds. My wife was looking out the window when this happen and raced outside in panic. I still didn't my son was there and was nearly ran over. He only had a second or two to jump out of the way which probably saved his life. In conclusion, if you're buying a used car from Braman Motors, don't be concerned only about the cost to repair your car, think about the well being of your family. It's not worth the risk. I strongly recommend purchasing elsewhere. I still don't know what's wrong with the car and what it'll cost to fix it. I'm just thankful my family is in good health. I have no desire to drive this car now - not sure if it'll pass, and now I'm not even sure if I want to keep it and will probably sell it at a loss just to keep my family and others safe. More
Long story short...they had my car for a week, and my car is actually worse than when I went in!!! I have TWO extended warranties that they claimed didn't cover my problems!! Absolutely terrible service and arrogant attitude. We needed a lamer car and had the documentation faxed to the office. They denied getting it, eventually when they did locate it in a drawer they said th needed a lamer car and had the documentation faxed to the office. The girl we were talking with did not even know there was a country called The Netherlands. Unbelievable!!!! She called the manager who just barked no we don't accept it down the phone. We asked to see him but apparently that was too much effort for him to move from his 4th floor office. We ended up taking the car back, unserviced and with the battery that needed replacing getting it jump started. By the way I have never known of a battery costing $450 before. The attitude of every member of staff from the moment we walked in was ARROGANT. I work for a large American retailer and we would not last 5 minutes with the attitude they have. It obviously comes from the very top and is endemic in this place. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST More
After getting the run around from another dealer we wound up at Braman. They pulled the car for us before we arrived and everything was correct, exact color and options. They match the price from the other dealer and made decent offer on our trade. Financing was quick with BMW and we were on our way. Everyone at this dealership was nice, friendly and well informed. I highly recommend this dealership for a new car purchase. More
Headaches from day 1 with the Service Department. I purchased a "Loaner" 2010 BMW 328i still under factory warranty. First I had to get a new bumper replaced because the bumper on the car was not th purchased a "Loaner" 2010 BMW 328i still under factory warranty. First I had to get a new bumper replaced because the bumper on the car was not the original, and the back square piece just fell off. The rear bumper was fabricated to look like the original bumper. Have taken the BMW twice to be serviced, and both times the Service Advisors were rude and contentious. The first time I had issues with the accelerator hesitating...and no problems found. Hmmmmm... The second time I took the BMW in, I told Johnny Mejia that I had been monitoring the tire pressure of the tires for a month and was losing air in the two rear tires at a rate of 6-8 Lbs. PER WEEK. He put 2-3 Lbs. I had other issues, and the BMW was serviced for two days. After not being called on Friday and receiving an email, I had to pick up my BMW on Saturday, and a different Service Advisor was there. I went over the Invoice line by line. And when I saw there were "no punctures no leaks" on the tires, I signed off "under protest." Eventually I had to take the BMW to a tire specialist, and within 20 minutes I was informed that I had 3 nails in the driver's side rear tire,and 1 nail in the passenger's side rear tire. Just UNBELIEVEABLE!!! Not to even mention the other issues that I don't even believe were checked. Hmmmm, again. Enfuriated, I called Johnny Mejia, who never called me back, and had to call back to talk with JC Gonzalez, Service Manager. He didn't help out either...has no real authority anyway. Finally the Service Director, Jorge Rouco, called and explained that I would be reimbursed for the tires, but nothing else...because they don't do alignments. Insane...I stated I wouldn't even be having this conversation had your service technicians/mechanics not been so incompetent in the first place. BOTTOM LINE...I was only partially reimbursed, and I will NEVER GO BACK TO BRAMAN MOTORS OF MIAMI for any type of service again. SERIOUSLY, TAKE THE ADVICE OF THE OTHERS AND STAY AWAY!!!!!! More
