Regular vehicle maintenance, plus knew I needed new tires. I requested Maruf Muchallah as my service manager, as he has always provided excellent service in the past. I checked in and waited about 5 minutes while he finished with another customer. He then attended to me - remembered me - and went out to look over the vehicle. He arranged for the scheduled maintenance and verified to me that I need 3 new tires (the 4th I had already replaced the year before). He prepared the estimate and I was pleasantly surprised at the total, since I knew how expensive run-flat tires are on BMWs. He arranged for me to obtain a loaner vehicle and I was out within the hour. My vehicle was ready for pickup by 3 pm that afternoon. More
