You need to clone these two guys ! Because of them i'm super happy with my visit there they were super professional and helpful.You need to use their customer service skills to train the other departments especially the cashiers,if you have three ladies sitting in the cashiers area then why not all three of them are able to help the customers? The lady(Hispanic dark skin) that was sitting in the middle she was not interesting of helping me she was pointing the other two ladies which at that time they were busy with other customers. I'm not sure if she is a manager and or with a different role but if that is the case why is she sitting there??? More
