I took my BMW X3 with less than 6,000 miles on it in for service at Braman. I made sure at least 3 personnel felt the low pressure from the vents when on full blast, which I stressed happened intermittentl service at Braman. After looking into it, they said there was no problem. I took it in a 2nd time when it predictably happened again, again stressing it happened intermittently. By the time the service people looked at it, it was working again. They sent a video claiming I was just mistaking the slightly lower air pressure from the front vents when the rear vents are opened as a malfunction. When it happened again, I drove it to Coggin, an hour away, hoping they would have better luck. Service personnel immediately looked under the hood and within minutes said the system had iced over, and that it was likely losing charge. They gave me a loaner, and later verified under-charge and are searching for the leak. Coggin will be getting my service business from now on, even if they are an hour away. More
Brought a new car in on March 10th in response to a computer message citing a problem with driver restraint system. The vehicle was sitting at Braman for 6 days before service was completed. No one explained what exact service was performed, or why. The following damages were caused during the “service” - The vehicle has deep scratches and damage to the chrome trim inside driver’s side door. The vehicle has a terrible strong oil odor that is causing nausea and headaches. All of the drivers assist features are not functional at all after this service. There was paper covering the back seat. The vehicle is making constant creaking sounds like an old car. Something was not reassembled properly. This is a brand new vehicle purchased from this location and the second purchase I’ve made with them! Service associates are impossible to reach and no one has responded to these complaints. More

I wish I could give this review a zero. NEVER have we had worse service in our lives. We took the car in because the drivers side window would not come up. The service agent said they think it is the motor and the part was in Jacksonville, but since it was a Friday it would not be ready until Tuesday. I said I would bring the car back and he said I had to leave it there. Every day I got a text saying they had no updates and when I questioned if the part was in he said the shop was backed up. On Thursday my husband called to say that we were going to come and pick up the car. The advisor said they just put it in the shop and would work on it first thing on Friday. He said he would be off but he would have another advisor call us by Friday at noon. No call. We kept calling and leaving messages. Finally at 4pm they called me and said they were returning my call. I said I want an update on my car. It had been there 8 days now. This fill in advisor said that he checked and the part would be in next Monday or Tuesday. So - we were lied to repeatedly. We picked the car up on Friday at 6pm. No apologies for what they put us through and we've lost 8 days. We have an appointment on Monday with Coggin. They even offered us a loaner car instead of an Uber ride home. We are new BMW owners and will never recommend Braman for service or purchasing. More
Service center a complete rip off I’m at a Braman BMW in Jupiter right now getting an oil change and break fluid change, it cost me $509 (they took off $91 from the cost of the oil cha I’m at a Braman BMW in Jupiter right now getting an oil change and break fluid change, it cost me $509 (they took off $91 from the cost of the oil change not nearly enough!)😵 I feel like I’m getting screwed over. I signed and gave them the ok because I had no choice they said it needed to be done. Then they recommended replacement of motor mounts $1550/spark plugs $540. Yes congratulations, they were trained to take their faithful customers and take them over the coals once the warranty expires. Then 15 min later I ask the guy What they had completed and he told me the oil change so I said don’t do the brake fluid. He said ok then 15 min later he comes back and says it’s already done!!! I went to jiffy lube prior to and they told me they couldn’t do it because the nuts were bolted Too tight from my last oil change at BMW. I’m so disgusted!! Does anyone know a mechanic that works on BMW’s??? They say I now need to: -Replace spark plugs $321 -Replace Motor Mounts $1550 -Remove & Reinstall blower motor to remove debris in AC $321 I have a 2013 228i BMW 44k miles I’m disappointed and I have made it my mission to let everyone know about my experience today. Shameful and selfish. FYI even another BMW in NY told me that it was ridiculous!!! More
Joe Spadafora, Service Advisor Recently had an issue with my 650, where it just stopped running completely, while in the center lane of I95; once car was transported to Braman Jupit Recently had an issue with my 650, where it just stopped running completely, while in the center lane of I95; once car was transported to Braman Jupiter Joe took over and made sure all the problems which related to a customer care problem (N63), were addressed and also educated me on what the issues were with this engine type, etc. Joe has been with Braman along time and I also use him for my other car the X5. Unless you have an appointment he is very busy in the AM, but even a walk-in will get accommodated. Get to know Joe, he is one of those that make the Braman Experience so great More

As a BMW enthusiast who enjoys the fine engineering aspects of my X-5, I can't compliment parts advisor Ryan Ghianda enough for his efforts this past week. Not only did he go to the trouble of research aspects of my X-5, I can't compliment parts advisor Ryan Ghianda enough for his efforts this past week. Not only did he go to the trouble of researching the necessary part for my car with the series and VIN ids, he confirmed that the features were precisely compatible with my E53 compartment's features. And then despite the ugly heat/humidity, he did the heavy lifting and brought everything right to my car, and disposed of the old part! Braman also honored my BMWCCA discount that helps me keep up with all my preventive and tuning maintenance. Although I'm really new to the area, I've found my BMW source for parts and great service in Jupiter already! Thanks, Ryan! More
