I first met with Steven at the store in West Palm Beach and was very impressed with him and felt very comfortable speaking with him. Upon subsequent calls / visits with Braman in West Palm Beach I was tol and was very impressed with him and felt very comfortable speaking with him. I began becoming interested in the 335i convertible back in almost november of 2010. Steve was very friendly and polite. He answered any questions i had quickly and is very knowledgeable!
