I began becoming interested in the 335i convertible back in almost november of 2010. Steve was very friendly and polite. He answered any questions i had quickly and is very knowledgeable! He was helpful in explaining the difference in the vehicles we were considering and answered the numerous questions i posed about vehicle options, criteria for being a certified pre-owned vehicle and warranty/maintenance protection. With Steve coordinating the deal we were able to close the sale late on a saturday afternoon. Jim and the remaining staff that we came in contact with were also very professional in their approach.
