I own companies and our motto is "Our Clients come first no matter what"....That is how I felt when I walked into Braman the other day...As I entered the front door, I was immediately greeted and was first no matter what"....That is how I felt when I walked into Braman the other day...As I entered the front door, I was immediately greeted and was testing cars within the first five minutes...I was thinking about getting a different car before I came into Braman and then they made me an offer I couldn't refuse...Mark's exact words to me were " What can I do for you so that you leave with that car (335i) today." It lead to an easy five minute negotiation on the car, and we went from there...I worked with the finance department to cover the previous loan of my other car and gave me a new loan with the 355i, with such ease and no xx...It was nice going to a dealership and not have to read between the lines...They had a good read on the character that I am and dealt with me in the utmost professional style...I wish all places of purchase can be as devoted to making clients happy as Braman did for me...Now I am the proud owner of a 335i...Thanks a bunch to Mark and the staff who did a wonderful job...Keep up the good work... I had the choice to purchase a BMW from two dealerships. Both were about the same distance to my residence and the price was comparable so my decision to purchase from Braman was totally due to their except Both were about the same distance to my residence and the price was comparable so my decision to purchase from Braman was totally due to their exceptional customer service in explaining all the car options to me. I have purchased many cars from various dealerships throughout the state of Florida and Massachusetts and I must admit this time it was pretty easy to finalize the purchase. Besides the salesman whom spent a great deal telling me and going over every fine detail of the car, the finance associate, sales/product rep and the General Manager whom I encountered from the minute I walked in the door and the internet manager whom I first talked with over the phone. All treated with me with upmost respect regardless of what my decision would be. Also most of my dealings have been after the "Sale" which justifies the high ratings in which I chose to rate each individual area. I am very happy with my car purchase and Braham has certainly added a new customer and hopefully other customers from those that read this review. More

Steve was great as was the dealership, the only hiccup was the price of the vehicle: It was an uncommon vehicle and they held all the cards if I had been certain I wanted it so I did not get a "deal." I visited the Parts dept on several occassions and was assisted by Ryan Ghianda. For the first time in 10 years of buying and servicing my BMWs I actually enjoyed my experience dealing with parts and ser assisted by Ryan Ghianda. For the first time in 10 years of buying and servicing my BMWs I actually enjoyed my experience dealing with parts and service. Ryan was extremely helpful ordering parts for a vintage E30 im restoring... He not only took his time, showing patience and understanding, but clearly cared about making sure I got WHAT I needed each time I was there. As a result I asked him to recommend someone in the sales dept and without hesitation he suggested I speak with George McCarty. George was Knowledgeable, efficient and was a quick study as to what he was dealing with. He recognized I purchase multiple cars per year. I shared with him my previous frustrations with the Braman Sales Tactics. Thankfully, George and Ryan have shed a new light on my opinion of Braman Motor Cars Sales Dept. I feel like I wasted NO time in purchase experience. I feel I was given a fair deal with out having to endure the OLD SCHOOL antics. I have purchased countless cars over the past 37 years and leased my first BMW this past Sunday. Steven Lee is the best salesperson that I have ever dealt with period. He went out of his way more times than I can remember to make the leasing process seem effortless (to me)When I experienced a small problem with the car (missing tire valve cover) he immediately brought me a replacement. I didn't think that service like this existed in this country anymore. Steven Lee is a credit to BMW. More
