He not only took his time, showing patience and understanding, but clearly cared about making sure I got WHAT I needed each time I was there. As a result I asked him to recommend someone in the sales dept and without hesitation he suggested I speak with George McCarty. George was Knowledgeable, efficient and was a quick study as to what he was dealing with. He recognized I purchase multiple cars per year. I shared with him my previous frustrations with the Braman Sales Tactics. Thankfully, George and Ryan have shed a new light on my opinion of Braman Motor Cars Sales Dept. I feel like I wasted NO time in purchase experience. I feel I was given a fair deal with out having to endure the OLD SCHOOL antics. We discussed all the features and compared the vehicles; took a test drive. There was no pressure when we wanted to leave to think about it, and we were happy to come back to close the deal. The advertised price was attractive and we did not haggle. I am happy with the deal, and I love the car! What more could I ask? More
