We felt that we were treated very professionaly by everyone at the BMW Jupiter dealership. Jim Lynch was very knowledgeable about BMW cars and answered all our questions. He worked with us to find a n everyone at the BMW Jupiter dealership. Jim Lynch was very knowledgeable about BMW cars and answered all our questions. He worked with us to find a new 2012 328i model before we were leaving Florida for the season in a short time. Jim explained all the features of the new car, set up our cell phones and was a pleasure to deal with. The financial rep was also very helpful & friendly and explained all the paperwork we went thru to buy the car. Nigel Simpson made us very welcome and we felt we had good person to deal with on any future maintainance or repair work. Overall it was good experience buying our car with the people at this BMW dealership and would recommend it. More

Tracy was patient, answered every question, spent time on the test drive and has even followed up after the purchase. Mike was great, fair and made things happen. I am seriously ill and needed a bmw with a host of convenience packages on it. Other dealerships were not responsive perhaps because i drove a crummy car to begin with. But i had cash to buy. Braman BMW and Mark and the rest of the staff were nice to work with. The experience was as tolerable as buying and financing a car can be. By that, I mean it was a good experience. Some of the sales tactics used were a bit "old school." For instance, I was informed that the car in which I showed an interest was to be shown the following morning to someone else who had made a school." I was also informed that the final price had been lowered, but that I had to make a decision soon or the car would be sold at auction. For those of use who have been around the block, these sales tactics seem silly. I am well aware that yours is not the only BMW dealership in Florida. I am also well aware that there are thousands of pre-owned Z4s for sale up and down the East Coast. Ultimately, I could have purchased my vehicle elsewhere, but I purchased it at your dealership for 3 reasons: 1. convenience: you are within 100 miles of where I live; 2. vehicle mileage to age ratio was below average; 3. Paul Robbins, my Client Advisor, is trustworthy, professional, pleasant, courteous, and a former military service member. More
