I was dealing with Paolo and Justin at Braman. My original deal that we agreed upon fell through because before I could send them my deposit information for the car, which was still in their inven My original deal that we agreed upon fell through because before I could send them my deposit information for the car, which was still in their inventory, was sold to a customer at their sister dealership. Major bummer. But Justin quickly call me to inform me of how this unfortunately happened. He said he would work to get a similar vehicle when he got back to work the next day. Miracles do happen. He found a twin at another dealership and arranged to swap a vehicle in his inventory for the vehicle I was interested in the next day. It all worked out and I picked it up two days later. Both Paolo and Justin were great to work with. In particular Paolo, who was my sales advisor. Very responsive. And Justin with his determination to make things right. Oh, by the way this was all done via text, email and phone since I live in Tampa. Braman was an easy dealership to work with and competitive. Lastly if you are at the dealership looking or buying a car go to the refreshment area and grab a doughnut if they are available. They are fantastic. More
