Mark not only took the time to handle my sale on Saturday but took my calls with questions I had late Saturday evening. He also followed up with a call to me on Sunday to answer any additional questions I had about my new purchase. He truly cared about me as his BMW client and that made me secure with my decision. I absolutely love my new car and am truly happy with my decision. I am also happy that I went to this location because the customer service was superb. In addition to Mark Bellew, Phillip Roe provided additional assistance with my purchase and proved that this location lived up to their reputation. I also appreciated the assistance of Kevin in accounting. Overall, it was a really positive experience for me and I will highly recommend Mark Bellew to anyone looking for a BMW as well as the Braman Jupiter location. I had a great expierience. I looked up the vehicle online went to the dealership and since they where short handed the manager helped us. We took the car for a test drive, loved the car. We then met Paul who had our paperwork done within 30 min and then with Marlin who was fantastic at explaining our options. We where in and out with a new car in 2 hr. They also took care of the rental I had and took it back to enterprise for me. Overall a super expierience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a BMW. More
