I first visited Braman BMW Jupiter in November 2012 to inquire about a certified, pre-owned BMW as a replacement for a recently purchased Lexus. Mark Bellew greeted me at the door and offered to assist. I had done some on line research and presented the paperwork to Mark. He worked with me to locate the cars that I was interested in and ultimately test drove a 2010 BMW X5. I traded the Lexus for that X5. The whole experience was pleasant and I did not feel pressured by a "heavy sales hand." Kevin Henry was also extremely pleasant as we waded through all of the paperwork at the end of the day. Last week I was invited to the VIP weekend event and, on a whim, walked in and asked for Mark. He was already with another customer so Curt Clemens assisted me. Long story very short.... I traded the 2010 X5 for a 2012 X5 and both Curt and Mark were extremely pleasant, helpful and supportive as I made the decision to make the trade. I have been driving BMW's since 1996 and was very sorry to make the trade to the Lexus. Thankfully, with the assistance of Mark Bellew, Kevin Henry, Curt Clemens and Marlin Randle I feel as if I have a car dealership that works with me in a very friendly, professional manner. I worked with Steven Lee at the Braman Jupiter location when I purchased the car and was excellent. More importantly, he didnt just disappear once the sale was completed. Jimmy was very helful with all aspects of the sale and is a perfect genteleman. He shouwd us how we could get a $300 extra rebate from BMW Financial. Our daughter has the same car and got the coverage 5 years ago. She explained to us that she had 4 flats, 2 wheel replacement and one wheel repair during that time. With this information we were happy that Jimmy talked us into this coverage. Suggest you get it also. Thanks so much to Jimmy and Mike for the good price and we look forward to the excellent service we heard about. We will see you again in about a year when our other BMW comes off lease for another good deal. More
Overall my experience was pleasant. The staff went all out to help me with my problem. It was kind of them to lend me a vehicle until the problem was resolved. I was interested in a truck with good gas mileage in exchange for my Dodge Charger. The new X3 I purchased for my wife is my tenth BMW since 1999. I'm a believer. One of my BMWs was a 6 series purchased at the Palm Beach Braman dealership. That actually was my worst experience ever due to the total chaos of such a busy impersonal atmosphere. I haven't been back. I am so glad that the Braman leadership succeeded with City of Jupiter officals resulting in the new excellent location. Won me back from the Ft Pierce Coggins dealership. Steven Lee provided all parts of my purchase better than any other salesman in my past. He made me feel like a new friend, worked hard to find a solution to my goals and made the sale. I had not intended to buy a car - just service one of my BMWs. Michael Trapasso made the point of personally introducing himself to me. When I returned to show my wife a demo X3, Michael welcomed us and had my potential trade- in valued. Michael also emailed me later on Saturday night. What a nice touch! Steven helped us understand the benefits of a new 2013 X3 on Saturday afternoon and helped my wife understand the capablilities during a test drive. We slept on the deal and returned on Sunday afternoon. Steven had everything approved and ready for me on Sunday. Clay Morrison said hello and we had a great dicussion. Steven introduced me to Kevin Henry who professionally finished off the sale. Nothing would have worked without Steven.
