I first visited Braman BMW Jupiter in November 2012 to inquire about a certified, pre-owned BMW as a replacement for a recently purchased Lexus. He worked with me to locate the cars that I was interested in and ultimately test drove a 2010 BMW X5. I traded the Lexus for that X5. The whole experience was pleasant and I did not feel pressured by a "heavy sales hand." Kevin Henry was also extremely pleasant as we waded through all of the paperwork at the end of the day. Last week I was invited to the VIP weekend event and, on a whim, walked in and asked for Mark. He was already with another customer so Curt Clemens assisted me. Long story very short.... I traded the 2010 X5 for a 2012 X5 and both Curt and Mark were extremely pleasant, helpful and supportive as I made the decision to make the trade. I have been driving BMW's since 1996 and was very sorry to make the trade to the Lexus.
