We came in looking for a new car , after first receiving a quote from a competitor. Without any delay, we were provided with a price on two different cars, both of exactly fit our needs. Mike Trapasso made the extra effort of inquiring about my military status, which provided me with an extra discount. This had not even been addressed by the competitor.He did a great job getting me the best price.There was no hype, pressure or delay. Even though we left late in the day Jim Lynch stayed to go through all of the details of the car, answer all of our questions and set up both of our I-phones on Bluetooth, which we had never used before. The car came equipped with Satellite Radio, however, the program needed to be installed.Rather than having us come back to the dealer, Jim drove to our house later in the the week with a loaner, picked up our car and made arrangements to have it returned it to us the next evening. Our car was returned to us by Nigel Simpson, who lives nearby, and he took the time to demonstrate the operation of the radio and answer all of my questions, even though it was late in the evening. He even apologized that the car hadn't been washed, because it was raining , and advised us that any time we were in the area, we could stop in for a complimentary car wash.
