There truly was no comparison. I felt the high level of customer service from this BMW dealership whereas I did not always feel that with the other. For this reason, when the lease on my car was ending and it came time to find another car, even though there were big financial incentives to stay with the same company I had been leasing my car from, I chose to return to BMW to purchase my new vehicle.
