Our client advisor Jimmy Khokhar, was not only knowledge in all the products and provided a comparison to other makes and models, he was very friendly, professional, down to earth and funny. He wasn't the pushy salesperson type. Jimmy not only took the time to handle my sale on Saturday but took my calls and texts with questions I had late Saturday evening. He also followed up with a call to me on Sunday to answer any additional questions I had about my new purchase and congratulate me again. He truly cared about me as his BMW client and that made me feel secure and confident with my decision. I absolutely love my new car and am truly happy with my decision. I am also happy that I went to this location because the customer service was superb.
