Steve, is a seasoned professional sales rep with a great attitude. He was very detail oriented and did his best to fairly represent my interest while negotaiting the deal. On Fri. of last week I went to Vista Motor in Pompano and met Jim O'Donnell, a new associate. It was obvious he knew nothing about the car and I asked to see someone more experienced, so talked to Norman Bai met Jim O'Donnell, a new associate. It was obvious he knew nothing about the car and I asked to see someone more experienced, so talked to Norman Bailey. To be blunt, he was kind of pompous but seemed to know the car. He pushed hard to sell me the only one they had on the lot. It had too much on it and I said I was thinking of ordering one from the factory. Then another associate standing nearby said BMW was no longer taking orders as the production line was changing to handle the new 4 engine for next year. The manager came over and they gave me a ridiculously low price for the car but of course said it needed to be approved. I told them I'd think about it. They pressured me hard not to leave without buying the car. The next day I returned to Braman in Jupiter and saw Ed (had spoken to him previously). He told me what Norm had said was an outright lie and that BMW was indeed still taking orders for series 1. We worked out a price and specs on a car and I told him I needed to sleep on it. Few days later I returned and we signed the papers--car is now in production at the factory. It was a pleasure dealing with Ed. He didn't give me any xx and I believed what he was telling me. One thing that impressed me was I saw floor mats were included at no cost. I asked about this and he said he adds them to all his cars without charge. He said after a buyer pays thousands, asking for a few more bucks for the mats is an insult. This is the kind of class I would expect from BMW. In my humble opinion, he is the only one I met worthy of being associated with the manufacturer, as apposed to the guys at the other dealership, who all seemed to be in cahoots to support a lie in order to generate an immediate sale rather than a long-term relationship, which Ed considers crucial. My only disappointment was the amount Braman gave me on my trade in and I probably should have explored other alternatives. I will be watching as my car makes it down the assembly line and can't wait to be joining the BMW family. Highly recommend Ed! More

I recently purchased a new 2013 328i at the Braman Jupiter BMW dealership. I decided to submit a review because I was extremely impressed with my overall experience at this dealership. Upon walking in, everyone was extremely hospitable and welcoming; catering to our every need, question or concerns. Our client advisor Jimmy Khokhar, was not only knowledge in all the products and provided a comparison to other makes and models, he was very friendly, professional, down to earth and funny. He wasn't the pushy salesperson type. Jimmy not only took the time to handle my sale on Saturday but took my calls and texts with questions I had late Saturday evening. He also followed up with a call to me on Sunday to answer any additional questions I had about my new purchase and congratulate me again. He truly cared about me as his BMW client and that made me feel secure and confident with my decision. I absolutely love my new car and am truly happy with my decision. I am also happy that I went to this location because the customer service was superb. I would most definitely recommend this dealership and especially my client advisor, Jimmy to anyone in south Florida looking to upgrade or purchase a BMW. Jimmy took the time and actually cared about making his clients happy, not only in the vehicle but also in the negotiations. He made the process fast and seamless, we were in and out in an hr. What can I say about Steven Lee?!? In one word I would have to say AWESOME!! His enthusiasm, knowledge and expertise is second to none!! Buying a new car can be very stressful.
