Mark and the other Braman employees made the new car buying experience fun! The negotiations were handled in a very professional and fair manner and I actually feel like a got a good deal. Mark thorough buying experience fun! The negotiations were handled in a very professional and fair manner and I actually feel like a got a good deal. Mark thoroughly explained all the financing and lease options available and after the deal was finalized he reviewed the navigation system, audio options and all of the other controls in the car. Dealing with Mark Bellew and the Jupiter Braman Team was nothing short of a outstanding experience. Buying a vehicle over the Internet can definitely be a cause for apprehension, no doubt. Mark Bellew and Braman represented themselves in a outstanding manner and the vehicle "2009 Cadillac CTS " was in better condition than was expected, it looked brand new... How they turned a 22000 mile vehicle in to show room quality is beyond me. I flew down to West Palm Beach and was picked up by Mark, who was waiting for me at West Palm Beach Airport. When we arrived at Braman's Jupiter store we started the paper work and test drove the car. As I finished up the financials, they proceeded to fill the tank up for the long drive back to Atlanta. Very Nice Gesture. The whole deal was done in 1:30hr start to drive away... Excellent.. Just to address the attention to detail these folks have, there was a little white wax residue around the door handle and some other trim piece, not a big deal in my opinion... Mark said "THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE" and called the detail shop, who immediately came and fixed it... Now that is attention to detail.. All In All a VERY pleasant experience and I will not hesitate to deal with Braman's in my future car needs. Well Done Sir... Keep up the Excellent Customer Service. More

My last child got her license which meant we needed another car. I had not purchased a new car for over 15 years. My last purchase was a certified pre-owned X3-which I loved. In my household the tradition is that when I'm "done" with a car it gets passed down to the oldest child living in the home with a license. So my daughter Shayna inherited the X3 and her twin (who waited 3 years to get a license because her sister drove everywhere) received Shayna's Toyota Matrix. I honestly didn't know if I wanted to have a car payment and considered just buying an inexpensive used car for Meghan and would continue to drive the X3. I liked how the X1 looked and the price point was great-so before I started to look for used I decided to test drive one at my neighborhood BMW dealership in Jupiter. I called ahead of time on my way home from work and spoke to Steve who said he would be happy to assist me and told me to come right over for a test drive. I Steve was so knowledgeable about the car and so enthusiastic without being high pressure that it took no time at all for me to realize that I "deserved" a new car. I test drove a silver X1 with red interior with awesome options and loved it, but I was a little unsure about the interior and whether or not I would grow tired of the color quickly. I had also wanted a white car-but now that I considering buying, I didn't want to wait weeks. I had to leave to pick up my daughter from work but I told Steve that I would let him know in the morning if I would be back to purchase the car. The next morning when I told him I was unsure still of the red, he said not to worry-he had a white with tan leather interior with the same options being brought in to the dealership for me to see! I am a very busy radio sales manager and knew that getting to the dealership on a Friday before 6 pm would be a challenge at best and I didn't want to let either car be sold to someone else before I could decide what I wanted. Within two hours a received a text message from Steve with a "video tour" of each of the vehicles starring Steve as the narrator! Who does that?? Not only were they hilarious, they were exactly what convinced me that I was definitely buying the car that day. I passed the phone around to my sales team so they could "vote" on which vehicle they thought suited me best and they all got a kick out of Steve's approach. I called Steve and told him to have the papers drawn up and to have the white X1 ready at 6pm! When my daughter and I arrived the car was backed in with a yellow and red SOLD sign with my name on it. Pretty cool. Steve greeted us, went over the keys, the interior protection, the lo-jack-lots of stuff before I went in to Gary in finance. Steve was so exuberant that you would have thought he just bought himself a car. Gary was just as awesome (not as intensely animated-that wouldn't be possible!!) and explained absolutely everything I was signing. While I was completing the paperwork, GSM, Bryon came in to congratulate me on my new car and thanked mr profusely for my business. Very nice. Then it was time to get into my new car for the first time. Steve showed my daughter and I everything (and I do mean EVERYTHING) that the car can do-all the fun features-even set up my phone for me! I don't really need to read the manual now! Overall the buying experience was a10!! I was pleasantly surprised because when servicing my X3 years ago I did not get the same experience from the West Palm Beach Braman location. The Jupiter Braman BMW is a totally different feel-friendlier and much more genuine. The only problem is that now a family tradition is over-with an experience this positive I believe I'll "deserve" a new BMW every 3 to 4 years so I'll be trading in and no longer handing down! Sorry kids-you're all in your twenties now and it's all about Mom! More
