I am extremely picky and meticulous when it comes to purchasing vehicles. I do extreme amounts of due diligence and know exactly what I am looking for. I will say, I am not always the easiest to please because of this. With that said, Steven Lee at Braman BMW Jupiter was hands down, THE BEST CAR SALESMAN I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! From start to finish, he was the most caring, understanding, diligent, flexible, honest, and accommodating professional to work with. He made me feel like I was the most important client he had ever had. The total time it took to get exactly what I was looking for totaled to be less than 30 minutes. It took 30 minutes for him to get me the exact car I was looking for at the fair price I wanted. As the car was in transit from across seas to get to the dealership he kept me updated and communicated throughout the whole process. He made sure to be on top of things and was consistent the whole way through. When the car was here, he helped with the entire delivery process and was extremely accommodating in making sure it was an easy acquisition. Zach assisted me in finalizing the setup of all of the technology for the vehicle and making sure I was integrated with the systems properly. He made it easy to understand and made sure that moving forward I would be able to navigate the vehicle with ease. As I am not tech-savvy, he was very patient and courteous in making sure that I had complete clarity before he was finished. Steven made me feel like family and I couldn't be happier or thank him enough for his assistance and for making this a dream car-buying experience. So happy I walked into BMW to buy a car and best of luck for me that I got Steven Lee as my Sales Rep. I was leaning towards a 4-door car that, don’t get me wrong, was beautiful.
