I live in Virginia, saw the car online, and submitted a request for more information. I've purchase several used cars and as soon as I spoke to Lorraine, I knew this was going to be the best BMW transaction. Steven Lee walked me through the easiest sales transaction and offered first class service, even went as far as picking me up from the airport to finish the deal in person. TJ had all the paperwork in order and had me enjoying my new car within an hour! Alex gave me and overview of the new systems in the car; it was a lot of information in a short period of time that I easily remembered. Great people and great service. Thank you Braman BMW team! great experience We were in market for a second vehicle and after reviewing and calling other dealers from True Car app and getting unsatisfactory results we decided t We were in market for a second vehicle and after reviewing and calling other dealers from True Car app and getting unsatisfactory results we decided to visit a local BMW dealer that was closest to us, Braman BMW in Jupiter,FL.We initially contacted them on email and were contacted by salesman, Dan Hall. He listened to our needs and scheduled a test drive for the X-1 we were interested in. After seeing and test driving the vehicle my wife decided she did not like the color . Dan showed us all the inventory on hand and even had the color of vehicle and options we needed transferred the next day from another Braman dealer for us to look at. After meeting our price we bought the vehicle and filled out all paperwork in less than 2 hours. Finance coordinator, Paul Newman was also great. It was a great experience and Dan was a fantastic person and representative of Braman motors. Would highly recommend Dan and this dealership! More

Craig Batta is a huge asset to Braman BMW! When I started reaching out by email to several dealerships, Craig Batta was literally the only response out of many who answered my questions directl When I started reaching out by email to several dealerships, Craig Batta was literally the only response out of many who answered my questions directly and straightforward. My goal was to reach terms on a new car lease by email before coming to the dealership. Within 24 hours, we were able to reach terms online. The next day Craig had all the paperwork completed and ready for my signature. From the time I arrived to test drive the car, to signing docs and then Craig even washing the car himself since the detailer was unavailable, the total time spent was about 90 minutes. In the past I have dreaded going to look at cars because most dealers want to get you in the door before discussing any numbers. The last thing I want to do is spend an entire Sat or Sun doing this. I love cars, but I also really appreciate people who are respectful of my time. Craig is efficient, knowledgeable and very pleasant. If you want to discuss residual percentage and money factor, then he is your guy. What a huge asset to have all of these skills at such a young age. I would highly recommend him and will likely follow Craig Batta wherever his career takes him in the future! More
