Hi. I purchased a vehicle from Braman BMW Jupiter on 6/25. My sells Pat was suppose to email me my signed documents the following day and I still haven't received them. Both my husband and I have called 6/25. My sells Pat was suppose to email me my signed documents the following day and I still haven't received them. Both my husband and I have called the sells rep and dealership several times and still haven't received a response as of yet. Horrible service! More

Had a really good experience with Sean Kearney, Nick Patel and 'the genius', Jeff. Made the leasing and 'out te door' experience very fluid. Nick Patel and Armen Abrahamian helped me pick out my X3 M40i and really made the experience fun!! They were so knowledgeable about the BMWs and answered all my questions right on the spot. Wonderful customer service!! After I received my new SUV, Jeff Borghi, their product Genius explained all the new safety features and setup my phone etc on the new vehicle.
