Service department is horrible. Just because it states their technicians are certified, they are a joke. Their service department couldn't fix my four year olds battery powered jeep Just because it states their technicians are certified, they are a joke. Their service department couldn't fix my four year olds battery powered jeep. My husband had to send his truck to them for warranty work and their certified technicians broke more than they fixed. The dealership doesn't won't to make things right. We are now contacting an attorney which was the advice from Chrysler Care. That's who you're supposed to be able to contact for help when dealerships won't do right. The dealership has a 2.3 rating. Stay clear and read reviews. My husband didn't buy his truck from them but they were the closest dealership to handle the warranty work. Knowing what we do now, we'd drive out of state before dealing with Brady CDJR again. Beware of unprofessional sales staff. Called from an Internet lead I submitted to discuss the possible purchase of a vehicle. Was asked when I would come into the dealership. Read your paperwork thoroughly before signing. I put $10,000 down and they put $7,000 worth of fees on there. Needles to say I threw away money. The dealership was okay but they jacked the price up on us basically taking advantage of us. The price was introduced at $24,900 but after purchasing it, they drove it up to $31,900. I would not recommend the service department to anyone Josh is not helpful and is not nice. I have had my car there 3 times for same issues paid over $1000.00 broke down in the middle of the road 2 days a Josh is not helpful and is not nice. Now they are trying to tell me I need a radiator for $895.00 and that will not even fix the problem. Since I am a single woman I am being taken for a ride.
