My husband and I were happy when we picked up the car,then later that day we discovered we did not get the racetrack taillights,the 9speaker sound system and some things we did not ask for with the o car,then later that day we discovered we did not get the racetrack taillights,the 9speaker sound system and some things we did not ask for with the optional choices we made, for example sun roof,child safty seats,garage door opener. I believe my salesman, was POPE, and although he did a exceptional job in finding a vehicle for my wife and I. For instance " I ask Mr Pope about the instrument panel, and he suggested I read the owners manual. Well I did and as you know there are several models of this car, so I could not find exactly what I was looking for. Other than this, our experience was fantastic and I would recommend your dealership to anyone. The Dodge Avenger is a wonderful car, it rides very well, I will be able to experience more in a few days. I have to go to my doctor in Montgomery, at that point, I will be able to experience much more on the open highway for over 100 miles. But overall, I love my car, Mr pope picked out for me and I love the process, with the only exception is what I mentioned above. More

The flaws were few, the mileage was low enough that we were ready to talk about the price. We felt that we got a good deal and are pleased that purchasing the van was so easy. Tom Benton is a nice, friendly, young man and did not mind showing us the van with an objective view. His manager, Greg Potts was also helpful. We had looked at other vans including a trip to Huntsville and we felt that we were getting the best price here. This made me happy because of all the sales people we had talked with at other places, I liked these guys the best! More

He wasnt pushy but we truly believed that he had our best interest in mind during the whole purchase process. He was very upfront and honest and we could not have asked for a better salesman. He got us an excellent price on a 2010 Honda Civic EX and we couldnt be happier. Also the manager, Mr. Potts, was very helpful, courteous, and professional. This experience and the lifetime powertrain warranty we got with the vehicle will definately bring us back for repeat buisness. More

The worst car buying experience EVER! It took over six hours and three different visits to the dealership to take possession of the vehicle in the first place and then it took the dealership FOUR MONTHS t hours and three different visits to the dealership to take possession of the vehicle in the first place and then it took the dealership FOUR MONTHS to complete the paperwork at which point they decided to try and increase the purchase price.
