Overall experience was bad. Service manager, Tonya Davis, was great, very helpful. She should be with a better company. She has good people skills. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car from Phillip Powell, he was an honest trust worthy salesman, and most of all he was patient with my mother and I. When Phillip initally called me I told h Phillip Powell, he was an honest trust worthy salesman, and most of all he was patient with my mother and I. When Phillip initally called me I told him that I was not ready to purchase, because of my current financial situation, and that he should give me a call back next month. Most salesman are either really pushy and try to get you to come in anyway, or just don't care and never call you back. Phillip called me back the following month and worked out a payment that fit my budget. My mother and I were at the dealership for a couple hours but those few hours felt like 15min because Philip bought us lunch and walked us through the whole buying process step by step. Above and Beyond Customer Service. Iam forever thankful for that. I will recommend my family and friends to buy a car from Phillip. More

Recently my husband and I wanted to purchase a new Dodge Dart. We had a list of what we wanted and Tonya worked with me to find exactly what we were looking for. Although they didn't have it at their dealer Dart. We had a list of what we wanted and Tonya worked with me to find exactly what we were looking for. Although they didn't have it at their dealership they had it in the following day. Raahmus was very pleasant to work with and he wasn't happy until we were. We definitely recommend this dealership and look forward to returning the next time we have a car buying need. More

I just bought a Dodge Grand Caravan in December of 2012. I received something in the mail about how people are looking for Pre-owned Caravans and if I traded it in there 3 options to choose from such as: 0% I received something in the mail about how people are looking for Pre-owned Caravans and if I traded it in there 3 options to choose from such as: 0% APR for so many months, up to 16,000 for the trade in and so much back on rebates. It was time to take the van in for an oil change anyway, so while I was there I wanted to talk to some about to see how much of a deal I could get. So after Jeremiah took my info and gave it to the finance dept. that's when the negotiations began. It got to the point that I told Jeremiah that I was fine with keeping what I had and I just wanted to see what kind of deal I could get. He told me to hold on and let's give them one more offer and the offer we gave was somewhat agreed with some little tweeks. Mark came from financing and talk to me again we able to agree on a deal. With it only costing me $80 more than what I was paying a month now. My wife loves the Van and that what matters the most. So Jeremiah determination to not give up on me when I was ready to give up, he deserves a 10. Thank you Jeremiah. More
