My wife and I stopped in at Brady Kilmury on 10-1-22 to look at used vehicles. We were only shopping ti see what was available in the area. We have a 16 year old that needs a car. He insisted we go in and let him get some info for him to point us in the right direction and get an understanding of what we were looking for. We filled out the form with him and I specifically stated I did not want my credit run because I didn’t want the hit on my report. I was assured my credit would not be run. The paperwork was only a way for them to help find what I was looking for. We gave them a price range we were looking to stay around and what type of vehicle we were looking for. As soon as they salesman turned in the paperwork they immediately took us to see a vehicle that was right for us. I again informed the manager or who ever was behind the desk that I did not want my credit run because we are only looking at this time and not ready to buy. The vehicle they showed us and began trying to push us into buying it was not what we had told them we wanted. They proceeded to tell us it was in our price range we had given and how great it would be for our son. We had a very bad experience with the sales staff and left with a very bad taste for this dealership and will never go back. I looked today and find that after telling them multiple times NOT to run my credit. I have a hard inquiry from Brady Kilmury on my credit report. I would advise everyone to avoid this dealership. This is not a way do conduct an honest business. I will tell everyone I know to never go here. More

We bought a car there and turned the paperwork into the tag department. When we got the statement to renew our tag came in we realize that they have registered the wrong car I checked the paperwork and th tag department. Call them and spoke to a lady. She told us to bring her the paper work ànd she would fix it. She took the wrong paper gave my son the correct paper and told us that it has been corrected at the DMV.. I went to get my tag and could not get it because they had not corrected the paperwork. The service person at Brady kilmore argued with the DMV lady that it was my fault that we turned in the wrong registration and we needed to pay the difference because the tag was not registered on time. The paperwork that she or they gave us was registered on time She argue that maybe we looked at that truck and that's why they gave us the wrong paperwork. We did not look at any trucks only cars like the one we purchased. It took over 45 minutes before she sent over paperwork stating that they gave us the incorrect paperwork. Bottom line is that I have a 21 year old black male that was driving around in a car they had the registration for a 2016 truck which would have made it look like he stole the tag off of another car. It could have caused my son to be put in jail for their mistake. We have not received an apology or anything from them yet. We also was promised a repair on the car that we showed them when we bought it and they now say we need to fix it. On a plus the service department did things pretty well. More

After navigating for a moments it was obvious you had no information on your staff. I believe you do yourself a grave disservice by not having pictures of your mgmt & sales staff. I know several salespeop information on your staff. I believe you do yourself a grave disservice by not having pictures of your mgmt & sales staff. I know several salespeople from this region, yet I have lost touch with them. IF they were employed with you and I was cognizant of that...I may possibly purchase from them. You want a dealership that truly cares about earning your business, then this is the one. We stopped in one day to get an idea of what we were looking for, not quite ready to buy yet. Justin came out and introduced himself, he was super nice & did not put any pressure on us at all. A short time later one of the owners, Mr. Brady, walked out to the other side of the parking lot to meet us. Apparently this is something he tries to do with every customer. It made an impression. When we were ready to buy a couple of weeks later, we went back and were treated like they truly wanted our business. We went back there specifically because of the impression Mr. Brady & Justin made on us. The sales manager Rick worked with us to make sure we got the deal we were happy with. Mrs. Marion in finance was a delight to work with too. The whole experience was refreshing from my start to finish. We highly recommend them! More
My husband and I went into the dealership 08/05/20 looking for a Dodge Durango. We found the vehicle we wanted, Mr.. Goode told us to take it home, we stated we would be back the next day since it w looking for a Dodge Durango. We found the vehicle we wanted, Mr.. Goode told us to take it home, we stated we would be back the next day since it was pass closing time. Mr. Goode stated he would not be but the salesman, D'Arius Brown would be there. I gave Mr. Brown my number 3 times and asked him to write my name down so he would know who the number belonged too. My statement to both men was, "Don't let my car get away." Mr. Goode stated, "We won't" and told Mr. Brown to remove it from the inventory and take it to the shop for cleanup and inspection. I called the next day 08/06/20 and was told Mr. Brown was off and would be the next day 08/07/20. I called Mr. Brown and Mr. Goode on the cellphones neither answered. I had to 2 more times before Mr. Goode told me that the vehicle had been sold. I expressed my displeasure and asked how could this happen. I was then told Mr. Brown did not take the vehicle out of inventory. Mr. Brown calls me an hour later to state the vehicle had been sold. I asked him how this was possible, because no one called me regarding me purchasing the vehicle. Mr. Brown proceeded to tell me that he was told I was called 3 times and there wasn't an answer so the vehicle was sold. I stated to Mr. Brown no one called me and asked what number did they call, he stated the number at which time I told him that was not my number. He told me, "Oh there are two of the same names in the system, I replied, "That's a lie and impossible that there's another person with the SAME name and that it was my first time coming to the dealership." I asked for a manager her told me to call back and ask for Mr. Lopez and hung up in my face. I called Mr. Lopez and went over the same scenario with him and his response was, "We always get the we will be back tomorrow." I told him I understood, but no one mentioned leaving a deposit for the vehicle. He stated that he would look around and try to find something comparable to what I wanted and call me back. As of today 08/12/20 I have not received a call! Mr. Goode told me he would call me on 08/08/20 and that I should come down to see if there might be a new vehicle he could get me in since there were rebates that might get me to where I needed to be. When I talked to Mr. Good on 08/08/20 he never mentioned the new vehicles, he started telling me to look at the used vehicles . To sum it all up NO ONE HAS FOLLOWED BACK UP with me and pretty sure they won't until after reading this!!! More
