I was very pleased with the service here. The process was slower than I thought it would be, but these guys did what it took to get me in the car I wanted. Nathan Dill - rude - was not willing to explain anything on papers until we pushed him -- Made rude comments to us - Finally told him to talk professionally to us and we would do the same to him -- or we wo on papers until we pushed him -- Made rude comments to us - Finally told him to talk professionally to us and we would do the same to him -- or we would leave -- he simply sat there and starred at us most of the time - until we pushed for an answer to questions about contract -- Too much time to do this deal -- We were there all day into the late evening - refused to let us talk to anyone about financing specifics - even when we were ready to sign. Nathan Dill was extremely rude and does not need to deal with the public - Shonne Guy was our salesman and he was great and was the only reason we returned a second time to this dealership, but, he did not have authority to do anything and he made about 20 or more trips back and forth trying to work the deal - until we said "NO" we are leaving - if we can't get some answers -- then Nathan Dill decided he would take us and he was more than rude - Made several comments about my being a "retired teacher" -- trying to put the rudeness on us -- Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Had to take the car back for an oil change and to make a key -- It took all day long just for this and then had to return after going several miles down the road - due to fact that job was done incorrectly in cleaning out some leaves in the grill area. We are happy with our vehicle - just disgusted with the service we received and rudeness from Nathan Dill. More

My wife and I went into the dealership without much hope of getting a vehicle. Our credit isn't great and we didn't have much of a down payment. In looking for a jeep, Gregg was very patient and also helpful as we knew exactly what we wanted. Something became available at the Huntsville location - he was very instrumental in getting us all of the helpful as we knew exactly what we wanted. But our trust in the dealership, we trusted them to not lead us astray. In the few days after purchasing - we had to have a 2nd key made as it only came with one, plus a service update done - Nicole Glenn could not have been more of a pleasure to work with - explaining everything with our lifetime warranty to oil change packages, everything. It has been a great experience and because of that - we will begin bringing our other personal vehicles to Landers McLarty for service issues in the future. More

First I would like to say that I enjoyed this purchase experience more than any other I have made in the past. There was no pressure put on us by our very capable sales person, Luke. This was a very pleasurable experience for me, and I will use Landers Mclarty with any future purchases I may make. I hope Luke is still there when I do. lol The reason I rated the price good is probably my fault because I was UPSIDE DOWN in the vehicle I was trading! lol They came thru and made the purchase of a new vehicle possible, plus I got a very good interest rate. I can't remember his name, but the finance guy did a fabulous job. He "shopped around" and got me the best deal he could.
