Horrible General Manager basically lies. I had made a deal to purchase used 2023 Ford F150 with him and put down the requested $500 deposit they accepted on 12/24/24 and the finance manager I had made a deal to purchase used 2023 Ford F150 with him and put down the requested $500 deposit they accepted on 12/24/24 and the finance manager had me fill out the financing application, ran my credit and even had arranged for the truck to be shipped to me. On 12/25/25 in the morning Jordan a manager there along with the finance mgr called and confirmed everything was going as planned. Then Jordan had to be the scapegoat for their worthless general manager, who didn’t have the courtesy or the guts to call me himself that evening around 6 PM to tell me that the general manager sold it to another individual. even though he took my deposit. This GM and dealership is totally unscrupulous and should be put out of business. At the very least, the general manager should be fired as he represents the worst of car salesmen. He is basically a scam artist that has no conscience about screwing potential customers. Stay away from this dealership at all costs. I will be contacting the State Attorney with a formal complaint. There is no star rating low enough to actually present how I feel regarding this dealership. More

Service department is horrible. Just because it states their technicians are certified, they are a joke. The dealership doesn't won't to make things right. We are now contacting an attorney which was the advice from Chrysler Care. That's who you're supposed to be able to contact for help when dealerships won't do right. The dealership has a 2.3 rating. Stay clear and read reviews. My husband didn't buy his truck from them but they were the closest dealership to handle the warranty work. Knowing what we do now, we'd drive out of state before dealing with Brady CDJR again. The dealership was okay but they jacked the price up on us basically taking advantage of us. The price was introduced at $24,900 but after purchasing it, they drove it up to $31,900.
