I wish I could rate the Service department lower, but 1 star is the lowest allowed. Today’s scheduled appointment was to replace a connector for the Media system that has never been right since the car was star is the lowest allowed. When I showed up, the Loaner that I requested had not been put into the system and nothing was available. I had driven a round-trip of an hour and a half for this service for nothing and had to reschedule it. And the next appointment I could get was in 2 weeks. This is just another sign of incompetence of many in the history of the car. I am still waiting for anything to be done about the dark and oily fingerprints on the interior ceiling from the shade motor replacement done in November 2022 or 2023. Nothing has been done. It was noted with the service representative then and never addressed since. Anything we had done here besides oil changes have only damaged the car and led to more problems. I wish I had never purchased my Acura here. I do not have any trust that any service they provide will actually fix a problem. More
When I checked in with the service advisor and gave him my name he looked up my records. Then he said, so this is your first visit with us? I said no this my third visit. After I went to the customer lounge he came in for me to sign a paper. Then he said, just so you know, this is your last free oil change. I said no it’s not, you better go back and do some research. He came back a few minutes later and apologized and said that I was right. I don’t think this young man knew much about your system. More

Received incorrect information regarding service needed when I booked appointment which caused me to set up a pickup to accommodate. My service rep was supposed to be notify me when service was complete s when I booked appointment which caused me to set up a pickup to accommodate. My service rep was supposed to be notify me when service was complete so I could meet another obligation. That didn’t happen. When I called to get an update on status I was told my car had been ready for an hour. Service was much better under previous ownership. However, I would recommend certain carryover members of your sales team. More
