We previously leased or purchased 13 cars from Bradshaw Acura and never had an experience like this. Also he was training someone else. As stated above, everyone else at the dealership was professional except for this guy. I think his name is Aaron Brown. More

When I checked in with the service advisor and gave him my name he looked up my records. Then he said, so this is your first visit with us? I said no this my third visit. After I went to the customer loung my name he looked up my records. Then he said, so this is your first visit with us? I said no this my third visit. After I went to the customer lounge he came in for me to sign a paper. Then he said, just so you know, this is your last free oil change. I said no it’s not, you better go back and do some research. He came back a few minutes later and apologized and said that I was right. I don’t think this young man knew much about your system. More
