Edgar and Kyle went above and beyond helping us through the process....we never even went to the dealership. They knew our price range and what we were looking for. They drove two cars to us to see and test drive; they came to my work and then took the cars to my home for my husband to check out. We were amazed at how easy and stress free they made it for us! We are still amazed and SO VERY GRATEFUL! Thank You Both. More

They hold tent events claiming to "Liquidate" their inventory by selling their vehicles for the "exact price that is owed to the bank". This is FALSE!!! I was looking at a 2015 Mazda CX-5 which retails for $20,000, and they wanted $27,900. I researched the vin on Vehiclehistory.com and saw that the car was previously listed for sale at a different dealership a year ago with the same mileage for $20,495. Once the car was entered into their inventory it was originally listed by them for $23,999. So I see it very difficult to believe that they paid more then the other dealership couldn't sell it for, especially when the trade in value is only $13,000. After the salesman/financing specialist (Mike H. with ID#A2) new he couldn't make a sale, he slammed the door in our face on the way out. This was extremely unprofessional. Do your homework! Don't trust them! Their sale tactics are very decpetive and fraudulent. If you buy a vechicle check the vin on Vehiclehistory.com so you don't get taken for a fool. I will never buy a car from any Bradley dealership after this experience! They have lost my buisness forever and I will be spreading the word on how this dealership operates. If you want to see for yourself how crooked they are, go to VehicleHistory.com and input the VIN: VIN: JM3KE2DY5F0523407 Then call the dealership and ask what the price is on the 2015 Mazda CX-5, Stock# 9853. It will be interesting to see if they alter the price after reading this. Again, I was quoted $27,900 (which was the MSRP when it was brand new). More

I emailed & ask for qoutes on 3 different trucks and found they were higher than you could buy a new one. When I questioned a $46,500 price for a 2 year old truck & told them it was way high & even from their own new inventory pricing I could get a 2018 brand new truck with the same features & options for $39,900 and ask if that was a true price & would like to make a deal on the new truck. They never again responded to any requests. Save yourself some time & headaches & go somewhere else. This place is a rip off. More

Advisor ignored her change and did the work charging her 374.47 for the work. Not wanted. I’ve trued to get satisfaction but nobody cares. Highly recommend not going to this dealership More

They hooked up "free" diagnostic equipment to check my alignment against my wishes, and tried to tell me I was "due for a transmission flush, that should be done every 20.000 miles"'. $100 for unnecessary alignment, $235 for transmission flush only needed at 75,000 miles. How many cross country snowbirds do they scare into buying this b.s.? For whatever good it will do, I'm currently working on getting their tactics reported to G.M. More
Beware - Make Stupid Mistakes My experience with Bradly Chevrolet in Lake Havasu City, AZ, servicing my new 2015 Chevy Colorado truck and my response to their survey. BEWARE!! This My experience with Bradly Chevrolet in Lake Havasu City, AZ, servicing my new 2015 Chevy Colorado truck and my response to their survey. BEWARE!! This is one the worst experiences ever in dealing with a vehicle service department. Both visits had problems. 1st visit, even though I emailed all the details, it was not communicated to service department. 2nd visit, I wait 3 hours to learn they tear apart the wrong door to fix a non-existent problem. The rear access door on driver side had the problem and still does. Your dealership tears apart the driver side door, (WRONG DOOR). So, basically I made a trip, waited for 3 hours for nothing. Not to mention having my new truck door assembly torn apart. I will be posting my experience all over social media. There is no excuse for these types of mistakes to happen twice in a row. Your service department employee (Diane Andtrade) on the 1st visit said, she would go back and review my original email. If she had done that, the REAR ACCESS door would of been repaired, NOT a perfectly working door. And we are just talking about rather minor issues an oil change and a door adjustment (so the open door indicator would not be on display). All they had to do was check the doors and look at the display on the dashboard before tearing the truck apart. So glad, I did not buy my truck from your dealership as I will not be back again. For what it is worth, I got an apology and a response that they are human and make mistakes. There is definitely a flaw in the process if your dealership is making these types of mistakes. At least you weren't removing my perfectly functioning kidney. More
On June 25, 2013 I purchased a 2005 Chevrolet Corvette from Bradley Chevrolet in Lake Havasu City, AZ. I expressed my concern to the salesperson about the Corvette being completely electronic, no key bac from Bradley Chevrolet in Lake Havasu City, AZ. I expressed my concern to the salesperson about the Corvette being completely electronic, no key back up for anything as far as unlocking doors, and starting the car if electronic components failed. I was assured all was great with the electronics in the Corvette and I shouldn’t worry. On July 2, 2013, I was stranded at work when the Corvette would not start. I contacted Bradley Chevrolet the next morning on what to do. It was only at that time was I told about the alternate way of starting the car through inserting the fob into a slot located in the glove box. The car started, and I cleared up the issue with the failed fob, but only after having to leave the car overnight and finding a ride home, then back to work. On July 11, 2013, I was AGAIN STRANDED, when the Corvette wouldn’t start. This time, it was NOT an easy fob issue to correct and get me on my way. I had to have the Corvette towed from the parking garage the next morning and to my local dealer in Henderson, NV for repair. After two days of technicians trying to diagnose the problem, it was finally repaired and returned to me two more days later. Four days without transportation and I was NOT told I had a rental car available to me through the warranty! While the Corvette was in the shop, the “warranty” had still not been activated or made available to look up by the dealership in order to determine who was going to pay for the repairs. Paul Roesti at Bradley Chevrolet was contact by service writer from Henderson Chevrolet regarding the issue. Paul’s reply to Henderson Chevrolet was to go ahead and make repairs; the bill would be covered by warranty or by him through his dealership. The repair was authorized. I expressed my dissatisfaction and loss of confidence with the corvette to Paul Roesti this “electronic failure” is exactly what I was afraid of when I purchased it, but I caved in to the sales pitch. I expressed my intentions to unwind the loan, and have Bradley Chevrolet take the car back. Paul Roesti went through great lengths to talk me into keeping the car, that this failure was “rare” and that the Corvette was a great car, no problems, give it a second chance, etc… A few weeks after repairs had been completed on the corvette, I went back to Henderson Chevrolet to inquire about another “electronic” issue showing symptoms on the car. I was met with an angry service writer who advised me that neither he, nor Henderson Chevrolet wanted to see me or my Corvette again. He went into detail about how the warranty did NOT meet their “terms” of payment and that “Paul” did not come through with payment as promised either, so essentially Henderson Chevrolet was “stiffed” on the repair bill. (over $1,000.00) I contacted Paul Roesti in regards to the delinquent warranty. I was told a new warranty would be worked up with better terms for repair facilities, and one that has just as good a coverage as the current one. While this warranty was being drawn up and activated, the Corvette left me STRANDED AGAIN on Sept.18,2012. Car would not start. All the “tricks” I was told about, and changing fobs did NOT work. Car was dead. I AGAIN, had to have the corvette towed to a repair facility (at my expense) and go for days without transportation. Two days after the Corvette sat at the repair facility; I was finally advised of the cause of failure and further advised that the warranty “conveniently” did NOT cover “that part” I was stuck with a $880.00 repair bill due to Paul Roesti setting me up with a poor warranty with inadequate coverage. After being stranded 3 times over electronic failures on the Corvette, I had enough. I was no longer confident in the car, I lost trust in the warranty, and no longer wanted the car. I contacted Paul Roesti about bringing the corvette back to him to trade out for a different vehicle. He told me that wouldn’t be a problem, that he would gladly take the car back, and put me in something else. I told him that I was not interested in another Chevrolet product and asked if he had any connection to Bradley Ford ( it seemed to me both dealerships were owned by the same entity) Paul stated to me that he DID in fact have influence at Bradley Ford and he could help me out with something from there. Paul passed me off to one of the salesman who contacted me regarding putting a deal together for a different vehicle. I discussed a few options I would consider with Salesman Brad Atwood. Brad stated he would get back with me on “numbers” on a different vehicle. After NOT hearing back from Brad for a couple days, I contacted him. Brad Atwood apparently had a change of heart and said no deal could be made, and that Paul had NO affiliation or influence with Bradley Ford, therefore, NOTHING will be done regarding trading in the Corvette. This entire situation is due to poor business practice if not downright deceptive business practice on the part of Paul Roesti and Bradley Chevrolet. I feel Bradley Chevrolet owes me compensation for the financial burden and inconvenience placed on me as a result of a poor vehicle transaction, and empty promises. More
