Great Service! I went to another car dealership two separate times to get my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu repaired under warranty because it was closer to my residence. To make a long unforgettable story short I received bad customer service, no offer for a rental car and the car repair was never fixed. I called Bradley which is 30 miles from my home and Matt Todd and his entire team were absolutely perfect, my car was repaired and I was extremely happy with all 4 people I came in contact with. Everyone I know will hear about this and will be purchasing their new vehicles from Bradley! Thanks! More

I wrote an email and with in a hour I was answered! And this was on a Sunday! I didn't expect to hear back until at least Monday. The service was outstanding. The technician looked over the entire vehicle and gave honest recommendations for certain services. Then I received a phone call explaining them. It was my choice if I wanted things done or not. Imagine that! The work was done quickly and there were no suprises with the bill. I bought that Tahoe used from Bradley's and was very pleased with the deal and sales folks. Now I am extremely pleased with the service department! I have complete confidence that I will get another 100,000 out of our loved Tahoe thanks to the service at Bradley's. I have had a few friends go to Bradley's for service and never heard a bad thing. They were right! I wil be returning to Bradley's for all of my service needs to both of my Chevy's from now on. Go Chevrolet racing! More

Disgusting & Disgraceful We purchased two cars from them. Was completely lied to about services for the cars. As the Manager was badgering my husband and followed him outside to his car after my husband had already told him to leave him alone. I have never seen a more unprofessional establishment. More
On 3/23/12 I bought a Buick Rendezvous with 75,000 miles from Bradley Chevrolet (Hubler Group). Checked the car out with my father-in-law who has worked on cars his entire life, received an inspection repo from Bradley Chevrolet (Hubler Group). Checked the car out with my father-in-law who has worked on cars his entire life, received an inspection report from the dealership, and also have a voicemail from the salesperson that the vehicle just has some minor asthetic issues, rather than any mechanical issues. The car was bought for my pregnant fiancee for her and our future baby to ride in. The next day when driving in the car it starts jerking when hitting the gas pedal, then it got stronger, then we began hearing a rattling noise that started getting stronger and stronger. I took the car to a service shop that diagnosed the vehicle with a transmission issue. I also took it for a 2nd opinion to another service shop, who did a thorough written estimate and concluded the same. I contacted the dealership on 3/24/12 within 24 hours, but they refused to take the car back & refund the money or fix the problem. I talked to the manager & gm, corporate didn't return my call. My complaint is due to the fact that - the inspection report that Bradley Chevrolet provided me was a misrepresentation of the condition of the vehicle. I relied on that report in order to make the buying decision + the voicemail saved on my phone from the salesperson stating that the car just has minor asthetic issues, rather than any mechanical issues. After speaking with several mechanics & having an estimate done, I was advised that there's no way that the car dealership could have not known that the vehicle had a defective transmission, prior to selling it to us. The mechanic that did the last inspection / estimate stated that he would be willing to testify as well. I feel that their behavior was unethical also they misrepresented the inspection / condition of the vehicle, poss fraud / similar grounds. This car dealership really put us in a bad position and we don't want them to do this to many other customers for years to come. Stay clear of this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
I drove through the lot just to take a look. I was immediately approached by Nick. I was very skeptical about salesmen, especially car salesmen. Turns out I was wrong. They were very good about negatiating with me. They met my budget, gave me a great interest rate, and an excellent vehicle. I will be back to Bradley Chevrolet in Franklin Indiana. Thanks More
