MY EXPERIENCE AT BRADLEY WAS PROBABLY THE BEST I'VE HAD WHEN BUYING A VEHICLE THEIR PHENOMENAL STAFF ASIDE FROM BEING THE BEST LOOKING GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS THEY WERE SO KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT TH WHEN BUYING A VEHICLE THEIR PHENOMENAL STAFF ASIDE FROM BEING THE BEST LOOKING GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS THEY WERE SO KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT THAT IT MADE ME FEEL "HEARD" & THEY "UNDERSTOOD" MY NEEDS . THEY FOUND ME THE PERFECT TRAX AND I LOVE IT AND TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE 2 HAVE ALREADY GONE AND PURCHASED FROM BRADLEY THANK YOU BRADLEY !!!SOO IF YOUR IN THE MARKET FOR A VEHICLE DON'T WASTE TIME DRIVING FROM DEALERSHIP TO DEALERSHIP A SHORT DRIVE TO FRANKLIN TO BRADLEY CHEVY AND YOU'LL AGREE More
It was horrible. We are not going back and will never buy a new car from them again. We had bought both new cars and were going to trade them in the next year and buy We are not going back and will never buy a new car from them again. We had bought both new cars and were going to trade them in the next year and buy two more new cars. Bradley is not transparent with their pricing. My son asked about the cost and they told him $60 to $70 plus the cost of the balancing of the 4 tires. They should have been exactly clear about the cost of both jobs. When they got done the cost was almost $180.00 for the oil change and balancing of tires. He would not have had them balance the tires if they were going to cost $20 a tire. You can get tire rotation and balance done for $50 to $60 at most places. It costs $35 at Pep Boys down the street from Bradley. After work, I went to the dealership to find out exactly why is cost so much and the service tech told me exactly what the charges were. I asked myself why did they not tell my son the full cost of the work before doing the work. Neither one of us would have agreed to pay such a high price for balancing tires. I know that he does not always understand the costs of things or how to handle situations at such a young age, but I am more upset that they were not transparent. I then asked to see the manager and all he would do was give us a credit back of some of the cost. Next, he proceeded to explain to me that I need to better teach my son how to handle these kinds of situations. This is not how you handle loyal customers. I then said to him that I will take my business else where and buy new cars at a different dealership. I went with the service representative to get my credit and the manager came back and said do not give him any credit since he is not going to buy cars from us again. This just truly shows you how little they care about their customers and I am now glad this happened for they showed their true colors. I will be taking my business back to Tom Obrien Chrysler, Dodge & Jeep where I have bought cars for over 20 years and they treat you like part of their family. More
Horrible job didn’t replace my tailgate bow tie emblem because I was told they’re discontinued but yet I went online and purchased my own 5 minutes after returning home from picking up my truck didn’t rep because I was told they’re discontinued but yet I went online and purchased my own 5 minutes after returning home from picking up my truck didn’t replace my bedside harley davidson emblem for the same reason yet I was able to by one when i got home instead of taking my truck to linex to get my tailgate and bed rail sprayed they took it somewhere else so the texture isn’t close to matching even though my bedliner has linex emblems on the inside of the bed instead of replacing my 2” wheel trim with the same size they replaced it with a piece of 1” trim so i had 3 pcs of 2” and one pc of 1” again had to buy the correct size myself and put it on my new tailgate has the ltz and silverado emblems reversed from where they are supposed to be and to top it off I had to spend an hour trying to figure why my alarm and remote start didn’t work when I got my truck home they turned the valet mode on and left it that way and for 1 bumper 1 tailgate and 1 bedside it took 2 1/2 months to complete literally couldn’t be more disappointed and will definitely pass that along as much as I can such an easy repair and you completely failed at almost every level More
