The red carpet, or shall I say, the BLUE carpet is rolled out for me every time I have purchased a truck at Brad Howell Ford! I believe that my latest truck purchase was my 5th vehicle transaction with Brad Howell Ford. This last transaction was a bit special for me because it was the first vehicle that I had purchased as a single woman! In the fall of 2017 I was looking on craigslist for newer Ford Truck with very specific features that I was wanting in my next truck. I got tired of unsuccessfully searching online and finally gave up, so I asked my friend, Fred Roesener at Brad Howell Ford to help me find another tough Ford Truck. In less than a couple weeks he found a truck that exceeded my expectations and was within my price range. And the rest is history! I quickly became the proud owner of a 2011 F-150 Platinum with the 6.2 Boss engine in it!! Another thing I want the public to know is that when I went to pick up my new Ford Truck at Brad Howell Ford, my then boyfriend (now husband), came with me to the dealership. My husband walked in a few minutes after me and no one at the dealership knew he was with me. My husband was immediately greeted by Brad Howell, the owner, and treated my husband like an old friend. Now, how many big-time dealerships do you know of where the owner comes out to greet a stranger? I’ve never known any owner like that except for Brad Howell! It’s no surprise to me that Brad Howell Ford is the best around! Great service starts from the top. Brad Howell has always given exceptional service and his employees are just as exceptional. Fred Roesener is my top choice for a salesperson! Fred always treats me like I was his daughter. He’s not your typical auto salesperson and for that very reason is why I always go back to him when buying a vehicle! More

Salesman looked around online and found a better trim option available at another dealership for a better price! We ordered it, had it on their lot in 2 days. I was going to pay with debit until I learned of a 2% charge on the purchase. So, they let me put down a small deposit on the day of purchase, and one of their salesmen drove to my house to pick up the check the following week! (35 minute drive from the dealership.) Now, THAT'S what I call a commitment to customer service! Highly recommend these guys. Prior to purchasing with them, I checked out options online, visited and test-drove at a Chevy dealer, Kia dealer, and a different Ford Autoworld dealer. The deals, salesmanship, and honesty at Kokomo Autoworld was superior to the other places I checked out. More
