I do not believe buying a vehicle should be a complicated experience and with Brad Howell Ford it wasn't, the whole process of the test drive and loan processing was less than an hour. A lot of dealers I get the feeling the finance department is where the games begin, here we did not get that treatment. We received a great deal and proper service.
